21 DFX Cardio Extreme = 31 Min
MV= 8.50
CB= 360

Total calories burned= 764:)

Belinda- Yes, I have one pet, Ares (pronouced Aries). He's a german shepherd dog about 5 years old. He thinks he's a rare German Shepherd Lap dog. LOL!! He's my fur baby.

Debbie- Nicely done today with Cardio Coach #3 and Ab work from KPC plus Yoga stretch too! Wow! that is one Awesome workout today, WTG and Bravo!!!:):cool: Now go have a blessed fab Friday!:);):D

I did KCM Cardio Pump Kickboxing yesterday and Split Sessions Lower Body this morning. We had a farewell party last night to a couple of people so I didn't make it on last night.

Debbie-good job being careful with your knee.

Nora-do you work? Even when you are tired you do amazing workouts.

Today I will do 21 DF Ext.Dirty 30. My kids are coming this weekend, I will not be online a lot.

Nora - awww…that's wonderful :) I have 2 dogs (my own) and both my kids have a dog. We adopted all our dogs :) My dogs are my fur babies too. Good job on your workouts.

Debbie - having an RV has advantages :) Love traveling in the RV. We have everything we need. Best part we don't have to stop for food in restaurants :)

Roxie - great job on KCM :)

Today I did Meso 1, Disc 7 - Chest, Shoulders and Biceps. Again, way too many pushups. I did some dumbbell presses instead. Looking forward to Meso 2 and 3. I may skip next week's Meso 1 and go right to 2. We'll see. Had a good workout even though I kept getting interrupted.

Need to get some steps in today. I was really lazy this weekend.

Debbie- Great job with Meso 1, Disc 7 - Chest, Shoulders and Biceps, yes I agree there were too many push ups for me so I did what I could and just left it at that. I think you would like it better just skipping to Meso 2 and 3. I don't recall an over abundance of push ups or anything. WTG Girlfriend awesome workout today!:);) Go and have an awesome blessed day!

Hey all..

I'm hanging in there I guess!?!? My 15 year old son ended up in juvenile detention last week for breaking his probation (probation for stealing my checks and his friend trying to write one up and cashing it). Anyways, he broke curfew way too many times, and he had quite and attitude in court on Thursday so they threw him in detention for 2 weeks until his next court date 7/2. He's not that happy. I pray he learns from this!!!!

I've put on about 25 lbs now, sooooo chubbie. 21 DF didn't work because I stress ate and binge ate ALOT. So today I'm starting over. I'm going to roughly follow 21 DF eating and doing Cathe's January 2015 Rotation.

yesterday I did RWH Plyo HiiT 1. Today I did RWH Lift It Chest Shoulders Triceps.

It's great to see you all keeping up with workouts!!

Nora , you AND Belinda are still going strong with 21 DF Extreme, huh? That's great!! Have you heard about the ultrasound yet? I will say a prayer for you tonight.

Debbie, I totally agree about the way too many push ups in STS 1. P90X is like that too. Hate them! And I have no desire to do them on my toes or even try to "get that strong". Just hate them.

Roxie, are you following a KCM rotation? How exciting about your DD wedding!! Should be a fun weekend!
 
Weird, I thought I posted here this morning? Guess not. Today I did a Cardio Coach Mix I made up. Had a great workout and did well with it. My knees were sort of sore afterwards, not sure why? I stretched and that helped.

Workout was 50 minutes, I ran 3.21 miles and burned 364 calories.

Chris - So sorry to hear about your son. I sure hope this is an eye opener for him. Hugs to you. Nice job keeping up with your workouts.

Roxie - I sure hope you feel better soon. Migraines suck!!!

Belinda - I don't think I'm ordering. I'll see the reviews from you guys when you do them! LOL!!!!

Nora - Nice workout today!! Awesome calorie burn!!! :)

I did KCM's TLC Conditioning this morning. Headache is gone today and I had a good nights sleep which helped.

Debbie-good job on your workout and yes they suck.

Chris-I am hoping your son will learn something while he is there, hang in there he did it to himself not your fault.

Today I did Meso 1, Disc 8, Back and Triceps. I'm done with Meso 1. Can't take anymore. I will skip to Meso 2 next week. I think I will like that better. I might do the the Meso 1 Legs on Friday, we'll see how my knees are.

Today was supposed to be Cardio Coach but we are having power issues at our house and when I started running on my treadmill the speed kept going up and down. We are having some bad surges and I need to call the electric company to find out what is going on. Looks like the wires coming into our house need replaced. They better not charge us for it. Good thing it's only 69 here today (can yo believe it? In June?) so our AC is not running. I couldn't run it anyways with the power doing what it's been doing. Scary stuff.

So today I ended up doing Meso 1 Legs, Disc 9. Had an ok workout, my right knee was bothering me so I had to go light. At least I was able to get something in.

Belinda - Glad I could make you laugh!! LOL!! I'm now officially done with Meso 1!!!
