I finished today's workout a couple of hours ago but couldn't check-in until now.
Here's today's workout:
Circuit Max= 60 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 614
Ab Hits- Workout #6 S+H Bi's & Tri's Abs= 8 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 55
Total calories burned= 669
I haven't done CM in a while and it was super fun and I did get sweaty, so good stuff. I thought CM needed abs so I added on with Ab hits. I'm officially done for today, girls.
Roxie- Good luck and Best of wishes to your DH and that all goes great with his interview. I'm sure you'll have a great workout on the elliptical and do well with your weigh in. Belinda- Ugh about your computer issues. I'd suggest running a free program called Super AntiSpyware, CCleaner Slim, and Malwarebytes Anti- Mal-ware MajorGeeks.com - Download Freeware and Shareware Computer Utilities. and these are excellent free programs I use all the time. They do work well to get rid of a lot of stuff that can slow down your computer. Usually when your computer gets super slow its usually caused by either malware or virus issues. There are also stand-alone virus programs that will look just for specific viruses, if you want that let me know pm me and I'll pm you back with a list with links. Glad you had a great time with Aleisa and got to enjoy a great meal together
So you and Aleisa got to workout together with Bum Bum sounds like you all had fun, good for you both.
