Tonite I did CLX Burn Circuit 2 and went up 3lbs on some of my wts.

So I haven't worked out since Wednesday. Yesterday I had to go into work really early and today I'm just too exhausted to get up and do anything. It's been a long, stressful week. So I'm regrouping and then next week I will start with my workout rotation again. I'll be doing cardio Monday & Friday, yoga Tues. & Thurs. and total body on Wednesday. There shouldn't be anything else interferring with my workouts. Hopefully.

Tonite for me is CLX Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. Tomarrow DD, SIL, and GS are coming over again to watch a football game so my day will be spent cleaning house.

Debbie-sometimes we just have to take some time to recoup when things have been stressful. Take care of yourself.

Today I did TF: HiiT 25, Abs from MMA Boxing, and then did premix #1 of Yoga Relax.

Debbie: You need your rest more than anything this week. Emotional stress is very debilitating and exhausting! I'm glad you're keeping the yoga in your rotation.

I couldn't stand it anymore and had to start back today, so I did get a workout in. I'll Just check in now with an early start for this coming week's worth of workouts.

Good evening,

Sorry for not checking in,I am very busy:eek: Had my hair colored and cut on Friday in DC. Almost had a heart attack payiing $185:p:eek: I was like HOLY CRAP:confused::confused: I know it's a lot of money, but I love my hair:eek: Satursay we didn't get much done,had a crappy night sleep:eek: I was up all night long. The only thing we got done is painting the ceilling/patched up holes. Today we painted the kitchen. We still have to do the trim, hopefully I will get that done tomorrow while DH is at work:eek: I did D8 Legs today.

I promise, I will catch up on personls tomorrow.

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Sean. Had an excellent workout and I really needed it. I gave this workout my all, was a puke status workout.

I have been lazy the last couple of days of course having a migraine doesn't help so tonite its back to the grind with CLX Burn Circuit 1 and abs. I spent Saturday night rocking my GS while everyone watched a football game and then yesterday it was so nice we went out on the boat. DH's unemployment checks started coming in this week so I can quit stressing about money but it will be nice when he gets back to work in 2 weeks, he says if the drug test comes back quickly he could start work sooner.

Debbie-good job with your workout you really kicked butt.

Belinda-I have been getting Shape for years along with Fitness and Oxygen.

Belinda- Well done my friend on D10 from STS and yes I feel the same way about Push ups. I can finally do them from my toes about 16, but I can't go down as far as Cathe and Company. Push ups are always tough for me but I grit my teeth and do the best I can. Bravo for toughing out those darned pushups. Congrats and enjoy your new hair do, you deserve it girlfriend~;)

Debbie- Bravo on your Cardio Coach #6 workout with Sean and your killer intense workout effort. You go girlfriend, you rocked that workout today so feel awesome about conquering Cardio Coach #6. ;):)

I have a doc appointment this morning, not sure what I will do today. Last night I did ended up doing BBL High & Tight with Alesia. Love the burn!

Roxie - good job last night. I am getting lots of sinus issues too? Maybe it has something to do with the change of the season?

Nora - awesome job with LL and TF yesterday. I think I can do about 16 push ups on my toes, than my wrist starts to hurt.
 
Debbie - good job with CCV6 yesterday. How are you feeling?

Today was yoga and I did another of the new workouts I just bought. It's one called Core Yoga by Shiva Rea. I really like her, she's a great instructor. This particular workout has many segments and you can mix them up. I did Agni Namaskar and Creative Roots. Both were good. I ended up doing 108 pushups with the first workout. It was broken up into 9 segments of 12 pushups. Loved it! I feel really good, I missed my yoga and I really needed it. My body is all tight again. I'm looking forward to doing the other segments of this workout.

Tonite for me will be some kind of cardio, if its nice I will walk outside if its rainy I will go to the gym. I really need to get my moneys worth out of this gym membership since its almost over but I can't seem to get up the same enthusiasm I had before.

Debbie-good job with the yoga I need to do that tonite.

Belinda-good job with your workout and I think you are right about the season thing and we have been sleeping with our bedroom window open so I don't think that helps.
 
Hey Girls! :)

Just kind of crazy around here with work and the boys, etc. My son's insulin pump died Sunday night. Had to run around getting other insulin supplies.He finally got a new one this morning. (It was actually quick, only took 24 hours).

My workout yesterday was Upper Body Trisets. And today I did Plyo Legs Week 2. Started out with a headache too. I'm sure it's my sinuses. I had a little bloody nose this morning.. I wish there was something to do to prevent issues with them.

Nora: Glad to see you back !! I bet you felt great getting your workouts in this week. Nice mix!

Debbie: Good CC yesterday and Yoga today! It's good to hear you enjoy yoga still.

Belinda: WOW! $185 for hair appointment!! ... Nice job on your workouts this week, though. You did STS and BBL the same day?.... I'd love the link for Shape Magazine for .99 a year!

Roxie: You were so enthusiastic about the gym for a while! I bet if you go back you'll enjoy it. Nice job getting CLX in this week. Sorry about the migraine. I hate headaches!!

Had a busy day yesteday, we also had to take our dogs to the vet. Forgot about that one! Late afternoon I took a nice long walk with my dogs.
 
Woke up this morning at 5 am with Aleisa and did BBL Ab Rapido and Bum Bum Rapido. Great short and intense workouts. I also have D11 on tap today.

This morning I did High Reps again. went a little heavier and felt it a little more. Love this workout. I even did the abs this time! :)

Belinda - I doubt I'll order XTrain. Maybe sometime in the future but not right now.
