Yesterday I did D6 Legs and GS legs stretch.

We never started on the kitchen yesterday, doubt we will start today:eek: DH can't hardly walk today, he worked around the yard/house all day yesterday:rolleyes: We shall see. We put up/changed all the lights outside. Our new mail box is up too.


Not sure, if I take a rest day or do a BBL workout w/Aleisa today?

I did CLX Burn Circiut 3 last night so today will be cardio, yoga and Burn Intervals. DH said something about going for a walk.

Took a rest day yesterday. DH back is feeling better after resting all day yesterday. We ended up having my neigbor for dinner, his wife is out of town for a few day. He is a great neigbor, always helping us and others. Had a great evening.


I am up early, couldn't sleep:rolleyes: I have a busy day ahaid, have a doc appointment after lunch and tonight we have to take ChuChu (our dog) to training.

Once my DH is done working out in the basement I will do D7 (CSB).

Today I did cardio and chose Cardio Coach #5. I just needed to do something. The wake is this evening so I'm going to work today. I will be leaving early, though. Had a great workout.

Tonite for me is CLX Burn Circuit 1 and maybe some TM time.

Debbie-if he were making and effort to find a job I would have patience but he is not even looking so my patience is wearing thin. If we didn't need money it wouldn't be a big deal but unemployment hasn't kicked in yet so things are looking pretty bad right now. I will be thinking of you tonite.

Belinda-good job with your workout.
 
Hi girls!;)

I did plan to workout this week but my health is not good with the stress over finances right now. I'm too upset to sleep or eat and today is my youngest of my two son's birthday and I can't afford to get him a gift. Stress does effect MS and in my case it makes me dizzy and weaker on my right side and super super fatigued. In short, I can't function let alone workout. So, I've decided to take this week off in hopes I can attempt at least some rest and peace. I apologize about no workouts for this week to check in with but I will try to check in as long as I still am able via internet bills. Please pray for me and my family at this time and know that any and all prayers/well wishes are greatly appreciated.

Morning girls,

I had my doc appoitment at 1 pm, we didn't leave the clinic on base in Fredericks until 5 pm. DH and I had an appointments. They took x-rays from my foot/knees (my arch is killing me) and my lower back(been having troubel with my disc again:confused:). I also had some lap work done, EKG, breast excam done. My doc didn't play around:eek: I am getting PT again for my lower back, need to stay off my feet:( My vit D levels are very low is 17(normal range is 33-100:confused:), he gave me a mega dose off vit D (I only take one pill once a week for a few month, to get my levels up). Must be some powerful vitamine:) He game me muscle relaxer for my back, they knocked me out last night:D

We also saw a friend of ours, we haven't seen in over 18 years.:D He was stationed in Bamberg .He is still in the military.


Nora ((((HUGS))) I am so sorry about the stress you are going through. Hang in there. It will get better!

Sunday was the JDRF Walk, we walked about 5 miles total , including the walking we did before the actual walk. I did have to go into work Sunday night.

Yesterday I started Month 2 of Cathe's January 2012 3-Month Rotation. I did Meso 1, Week 1, Chest Shoulders Biceps. Hello Mr. DOMS this morning!:eek:

Today is Disc 6, Meso 1, Week 2 of Legs.

Debbie: Hope things went ok with the wake and funeral (is that today?). SO emotional! :( Glad you got in a cardio yesterday, it does help!

Nora: I'm so sorry you are going through so much!! (((hugs))). I wish I had an answer or some good advice. One thing I thought of for YOU, is to find some time to meditate. I promise you it helps! You can get free Podcasts on iTunes. Or I'm sure you could google free meditations online. I know it sounds silly, but when I was meditating this summer, it made for a MUCH calmer me.

Roxie: Hopefully you can get a good talk in with DH about jobs. Maybe you could help him find somethng? Did he hear back from that job he had applied for last week? Good job on workouts!!!!

Belinda: Sorry to hear you are having back and feet pain! Good for you for getting in there and getting checked out. PT should help! How are the ears and sinuses? Hopefully they are at least not giving you trouble. Will you take this week as a rest week?

I didn't workout last night I had a migraine couldn't even sleep it hurt so bad. Tonite is a walk in the park since its suppose to be the last nice day we have for a while and then I need to make up CLX Burn Circuit 1 to get caught up.

Chris-DH filled his application online last night for that company, his tentative start date is Nov. 5th.

Nora-I understand how you are feeling right now please take care of yourself.

Belinda-sorry to hear you are having problems.

I am not working out this week being ill due to stress. Since I didn't workout there is no check in for me this week. Things are tough right now but I hope to brighten some one's day with this news I have some dvd's I'm willing to part with at a good price just pm me for info. if interested. Morning everyone. The funeral went as funeral's go. Very sad, in fact, it was the saddest funeral I've ever been to. And one of the hardest. RIP mom.

Today I did Push/Pull. Had a really good workout. I really like that one, quick and intense. My kind of workout!

Today was Afterburn! Tough one with lower body DOMS, but Cathe said to do it, so I did! :eek:

Debbie: Worse funeral ever was my brother's. Death really really sucks. ((hugs)) to you guys. Hope you can find some good memories to concentrate on instead of the sadness. .... Push/Pull is a goodie!!! Glad you're tolerating the weights better. Will you still do yoga?

Roxie: Sorry about the migraine. :( Hope you felt better and got your workout in. OH! So your DH HAS a job! That's awesome! I say enjoy the time off with him!!

Good Morning,

I went for a 2 mile walk in the park last night and I am glad I did because it is raining today and cooler. The bosses are leaving today and I am going to be the only one in the store so I brought my laptop and some resistance bands to do CLX Burn Circuit 1 and then tonite I will go to the gym and do the elliptical and the Burn Circuit 2 so I will be all caught up on workouts.

Debbie-sorry to hear things are rough. I like Push/Pull its just the right length of time and wts.

Chris-the HR lady that was suppose to send him all the paperwork dropped the ball so DH had to call the guy he talked to if he should have received anything and so he called her and got on it so his app is done and we are waiting on a packet for his physical and drug test. He also told me unemployment was mailed out yesterday so that makes me feel a little better.

Nora-sorry to hear things are tough for you right now too, I hope it gets better soon.

Still no workout to report in with, still feeling ill battling physical effects of stress overload. Oh well, perhaps this week of rest will help things, it can't hurt, right except I hate not feeling well enough to workout.

Debbie- Hugs to you girlfriend I wish you all the best I know it had to be tough at the funeral and all that goes with that. My prayers are with you and your DH in handling all that. Great workout today with Push/Pull it is a no non sense workout and its does get ya good in a short order. Great job today! (Hugs);)

Chris- Hey girlfriend, I did get your pm and replied. Great workout with AfterBurn I really love that workout. Yes, it definitely brings on the DOMS that's for sure. I always feel it all over and in my abs big time eventhough there is no separate abs section at the end. The abs are definitely firing away and are functional throughout the workout. I really liked that part you get a lot of bang for the amount of time you expend. Its a fave of mine and a keeper. Excellent workout today Chris, WTG and High fives:):cool:

Roxie- Bravo on your two mile walk last night its good you got that one in before the weather changed. I love your thinking ahead to get CLX Burn Circuit #1 with you and bands to play on your lap top at work when its slow to get that workout in and since you be alone in the store today that should work given your not swamped with customers, etc.. Its great you do plan to squeeze in a workout at the gym later on the elliptical later as well. You go girlfriend, that is awesome and I applaud your plan.;):cool: Two Thumbs up!!!

Nora, PM'd you again, hope you are feeling better today. Did you see my suggestion of Meditation? I know it's earthy/crunchy/weird, but it WORKS!!!!

I did Meso 1, week 2, of Back and Triceps today. Worked my muscles hard!!

I went to my mom's for most of the day to help her out. She is fiesty and does NOT want to give up ANY of her independence. I don't blame her.
