I finished today's workout a couple of hours ago but couldn't check-in until now.

Here's today's workout:

Circuit Max= 60 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 614

Ab Hits- Workout #6 S+H Bi's & Tri's Abs= 8 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 55

Total calories burned= 669:cool: I haven't done CM in a while and it was super fun and I did get sweaty, so good stuff. I thought CM needed abs so I added on with Ab hits. I'm officially done for today, girls.

Roxie- Good luck and Best of wishes to your DH and that all goes great with his interview. I'm sure you'll have a great workout on the elliptical and do well with your weigh in. Have a great workout tonight and I hope your sinus stuff goes away ASAP!! Try Chris's remedy from the other week? It could help! Take care and Hugs!!!;)

Belinda- Ugh about your computer issues. I'd suggest running a free program called Super AntiSpyware, CCleaner Slim, and Malwarebytes Anti- Mal-ware MajorGeeks.com - Download Freeware and Shareware Computer Utilities. and these are excellent free programs I use all the time. They do work well to get rid of a lot of stuff that can slow down your computer. Usually when your computer gets super slow its usually caused by either malware or virus issues. There are also stand-alone virus programs that will look just for specific viruses, if you want that let me know pm me and I'll pm you back with a list with links. Glad you had a great time with Aleisa and got to enjoy a great meal together:);) So you and Aleisa got to workout together with Bum Bum sounds like you all had fun, good for you both.:);) Take care and good luck with your computer and I hope the programs I suggested will help. :):cool:

Good Evening,

I went to the gym and did the elliptical even though I still don't feel good. PT couldn't weigh me she couldn't figure out how to use the scale.

Nora-the interview went well he is doing the paperwork. My sinuses are getting better but now it has moved to my chest so I am coughing.
 
Today I did Supersets. I forgot how much I love that workout. It's perfect for what I'm trying to do right now. Went light, but pretty much matched Cathe's weights (that's light for me! LOL!) and had a great workout. I was sweating like crazy by the time I was finished. Next week I think I'll do Push/Pull.

Yesterday I did D4 plus the Ext. Stretch. I also walked my dogs.

Today I will do BBL High & Tight and abs.

Nora - thanks for the link. I will check it out. My DD Alesia loves BBL, lol. WTG on CM and your ab workout.

I never got a workout in yesterday. I was waiting for Aleisa, by the time she was done with work she was to tired. So was I! Oh well!

Today I will do D4 and abs after my coffee.

Roxie - we start painting this weekend. Glad you feeling much better. Good job yesterday.

Nora - as always good job with GS legs & CF yesterday.

I went to the gym and did the elliptical but had to run and errand with DH after supper so I didn't get my wts done so that will be my workout tonite CLX Burn Circuit 2 and abs then tomarrow I will try and get todays workout done so I will be off by 1 day but I plan on doing all of them.

I finished working out at about 11 am my time. I got it done and that was tough today since my motor skills are extremely iffy and lots of pain in my low back. I'll just check in now.

Ab Circuits- Medicine-Ball Abs= 10 Min
Met Value= 4.50

I walked the dogs (2.5 miles) + D5 (Back/Tric) not D4:rolleyes: and I did Incredible Abs Volume 2 #1, 20 min.

I'm sorry I thought I could comeback to do personals but I'm just too depressed right now. I've been attempting to do online job applications and I'm finding due to my huge employment gap because I had to quit my job when I was five months pregnant with the first of my two boys. Plus I'm now disabled due to ms and now have trouble with balance, strength, motor skills on my right side due to the MS. Plus I was recently told by Social Security I did not qualify for disability due to the huge lack of employment and lack of funds paid into social security for that time period to current makes me in eligible. It apparently does not matter that I have a valid medical disability because they first look at qualifications based on employment and number of quarters of employment paid in to social security from which to derive benefits. I'm at zero eligible amount of quarters to even be considered, therefore I was did not qualify. I'm depressed and can barely function, sorry about lack of personals. Enough about me, have a good night girls.

I haven't worked out yesterday or today, my mother-in-law passed last night. She's been quite sick for the past 2 months and now she is finally at peace. Getting funeral arrangements done today. I'm hoping to be back at it on Monday.

Nora - I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. That is totally wrong of the government to do that to you. Bastards. I'm sending you cyber {{{HUGS}}} girl!

I didn't workout last night because DH had more errands to run and he wanted me to go with him. I am going to workout tonite before we go see the grandbaby and I am also trying to get 200 crunches in when I have a quiet moment here at work.

Debbie-sorry to here about MIL but it sounds like it was a blessing.

Nora-so sorry to here you don't qualify which really irritates me because around here we have 20 year olds on disability for ADD and Bi Polar disease so its not fair to people who really need it.

Hey Girls!!

Sorry I haven't checked in the last couple days. I'm "resting" ..LOL! :eek:

Yesterday I did do Stretch 40 from Turbo Fire. VERY nice stretch!!! I also took Buddy for a good walk in the woods. Today no scheduled workout. Might walk. But I did walk a bit when I went to Walmart and grocery shopping. So walking just doesn't excite me! :p

Debbie: I'm sorry about your MIL! That's very sad. Anytime is not a good time to lose our parents. (((hugs))) . I am glad you liked SuperSets, though!

Nora: (((Hugs)))) to you too! That's very frustrating!!! I don't understand, and I guess it's even more frustrating because I see and KNOW some people that don't really need it, but suck off the system. Wish there was a way you could work something out? Good for you for keeping up on your workouts, though!!

Roxie: Hope your DH gets that job! Would take a lot of pressure off.

Belinda: Nice job on getting STS done this week!

I have Saturday night off from work. I'm doing the Juvenile Diabetes Walk with my sons. (My oldest had Type 1 Diabetes), on Sunday morning!

Chris- Thanks for your kind thoughts. Yes it is frustrating especially since this was my second time trying for Social Security/Disability and was denied. I was diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting form of MS in 2006. I first applied in 2008. I was told this time I would need to work some where for five years worth of employment to have worked in enough quarters to qualify but then I would be likely denied because they'd take issue with if I could work having worked which would nullify my disability claim. Government double speak for nope none for you. Urgh!!! Its not like I'm a bogus ambulance chaser person claiming something bogus when there is nothing wrong with me. It just is so aggravating. Oh well, that's life right. Good for you finishing up your recovery week, I know that is tough. WOW, you're doing a diabetes walk with your boys tomorrow that is awesome, have fun!;) Take care girlfriend;):)

Roxie- Thanks for your comments, I appreciate them. I know my DH sometimes sidetracks my workouts often with running errands with him. I still have to get my workouts in though but not at a time I'd planned to do them but after the errands instead. I'm keeping up with the prayers and good thoughts for your DH and his interviews the other day and his job search.;) Have fun visiting your DD and GS, I'm sure your grinning just thinking about seeing the baby. I did CLX Burn Circuit 2 before we went out to visit GS, he was fussy as usual.

Nora-DH says he has the job but I don't believe him we will see.

Yesterday I did High & Tight with 5# ankle weights. I have a DOMS in my bum bum today:eek: Not good, because I have D6 Legs on tap today:rolleyes: I will be walking funny tomorrow:p we start painting the kitchen today

Thanks everyone, for the kind words! The wake is Monday and the funeral is Tuesday. I'm looking forward to Wednesday.

Roxie - Don't be so hard on your husband. It took me 3 years to find the job I have now. 3 years. He is lucky he got an interview so soon. In this ecomony, he's lucky to have received that call at all. I know it's scary to have your partner out of work, but it wasn't his fault. Be patient and supportive of him, I'm sure he has been beat down due to losing his job he held for so long, that takes the pride out of anyone. Hang in there girl! It will be ok! Think positive. And I sure hope he got this job!
