I finished my workout around 10 AM but couldn't check in until now. So I'll just get to it.
Here's today's workout:
Body Blast: Push Pull Premix- Lower Body (2 Sets)= 39 Min Awesome!

This is the first time I've done this premix workout and it was an awesome first time through premix that was efficient hit all the areas for legs and got it done in a short amount of time. Loved it!!!
Turbo Fire- HiiT 30= 30 Min
MV= 10.0
CB= 410
Chalean Extreme- Ab Burner = 10 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 68
Turbo Fire- Stretch 10= 13Min
MV= 2.0
CB= 35
Total calories burned= 832
Debbie- Nice job with Cardio Coach #3 today even if you didn't feel like it you did something great for your body and that's what is important. I didn't like Hard Strikes much the first few times I did it either. Now, I love it and I thought it would be more kickboxing, but its not at all its got more of a boxing flavor to it. I didn't think it was hard on the upper body but I at first I hated all the jumping jacks in it. I'd suggest doing one of the premixes a few times and then go from there. If you were wanting more kickboxing I'd suggest Rockout Knockout. I have really grown to love Hard Strikes now but not at first it takes a while to grow on you. I'd also suggest trying all out low impact hiiTfrom XTrain you may enjoy that one more. Also for cardio another great XTrain workout is Tabatacise this one intimidated me for a long time but after doing it once it was instant love. You can always check out the premixes/bonuses to fit your time frame and liking. Enjoy playing with XTrain. Oh also I did killer leg workout today I didn't even realize was on Push Pull from Body Blast it was awesome check out my check in for more details.

Belinda- Good for you getting in P90X3 The Warrior workout for today, awesome job! I see yesterday you did take the furry kids on a long walk and did 4DS High Intensity Step/Chest & Back and P90X3 Triometrics (Power). All are awesome workouts and I say bravo girlfriend you are amazing keep up the amazing job with your workouts. WTG!!!
