Belinda-maybe some KCM and my DD said they saw a difference when they saw the before and after pics but I am more critical then they are.

Hi!

Everyone is doing great this week!! Hi-5's!

Today for me was Beast Bulk Chest, which was 30 minutes, but, holy cow!, it really wears me out and leaves my chest on fire! I also did standing abs from Kathy Smith Tummy Trimmers.

Belinda: So far I've definitely gotten some toning and bigger muscles in my entire upper body. I have to focus more on my eating (as usual) and hope to see a slim down as well. But I'm also not expecting a loss during "bulk", but in the next and last phase.

WTG on the kickass workouts everyone!!! have a great weekend if I don't get a chance to stop in...

I did P90X3 CVX and Suzanne Bowen 30 min Barre for the lower body this morning. I will go for a nice walk later this evening, since it got cooler outside

Roxie - there are lots of planks in P90X3. I am sure, your kids/family is right about your abs:D

Chris - I hear you on the eating. That's my problem too:p I love food! I really need to look into Body Beast, looks like something I would enjoy.

Hi Debbie - hope you have a wonderful weekend. Did you do try more Xtrain workouts? I think you like Super Sets. Hard Strike had a lot of jumping jacks, I mean the entire workout:eek: Too hard on the knees.

Hi everyone! This morning I did Burn Sets - Chest, Back & Shoulders. Wow, what an excellent workout that was! I had a great time and went pretty heavy considering. I think I can go even heavier next time.

I wonder why Cathe didn't do a burn set for Legs. The only leg workout in this series is the the one I've done a few times already. She should have done a burn set for legs. Oh well...

This is what I did:

CHEST
Dumbbell Chest Press - 25's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 14 reps
Dumbbell Chest Fly - 20's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps

Supermans - 24 reps - used no tubing

Good Morning,

DH and I went for a 7 mile bike ride on Saturday afternoon but in the morning I did KCM Stepboxing 1 then I cleaned house and went grocery shopping. Sunday I went for a 2 mile walk and then finished the house cleaning I didn't get done on Saturday. This morning I wasn't in the mood to work out but decided KCM Plateau Buster 1 was a good idea and later I will do planks.

Debbie-I knew you would love this series. I think because she also has Cardio Leg Blast in this series she decided that with the other leg work would be enough.

Chris-good job with Beast.

Belinda-I think I am seeing the same results everyone else sees.

Nora-good job with your workouts.

Today, you did KCM Plateau Buster workout 1 and will do planks later. All awesome stuff Roxie, way to actively burn those calories and stay fit, you go girlfriend keep on being awesome and have a blessed day.:)

Debbie- Great job today with Xtrain Burn Sets - Chest, Back & Shoulders. Excellent job on your weights, very impressive. Oh, I just wanted to say that Cathe does have another leg workout in Xtrain called Cardio Legs. Also besides the premixes on all the dvds there is also Bonus option from the main menu this option has just the bonus workouts you can choose from the ones available on that disc the same as the bonuses listed in guide for that disc. I wasn't sure if you knew that. It took me a while to get that. Continue to enjoy and play with XTrain. Great job on your killer awesome workout today. I hope you have a fabulous blessed day!;):)

I did 4DS High Intensity Step/Chest & Back and P90X3 Triometrics (Power) this morning.

Sunday was a rest day (worked).
Yesterday I did BB Bulk Arms (bi's and tri's)
Today was BB Bulk Back + 2 Blocks of Michelle Dozios' Cardio Interval Burn Remix.

You girls have been very busy!!! Very nice to see!

Roxie: Great active fun weekend there!
Debbie: After Body Beast , Xtrain weights is my favorite weight workout , I'm glad you love them too!
Nora: X49! WOAH!
Belinda: I think you would really like BB too!
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had an ok workout. I was so tired and just wanted to go back to bed. I really had to push myself to get on my treadmill this morning.

Workout was 37 minutes, burned about 335 calories and ran 2.25 miles.

I viewed Hard Strikes. Wow, that one looks a bit hard and not to upper body friendly. I wish they would have had someone doing modified ways to do each section. I thought it was going to be a sort of kickboxing workout but no luck. :( Oh well... I may try it one day to see how much of it I can do without hurting myself.

This is the first time I've done this premix workout and it was an awesome first time through premix that was efficient hit all the areas for legs and got it done in a short amount of time. Loved it!!!

Turbo Fire- HiiT 30= 30 Min
MV= 10.0
CB= 410

Chalean Extreme- Ab Burner = 10 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 68

Turbo Fire- Stretch 10= 13Min
MV= 2.0
CB= 35


Total calories burned= 832

Debbie- Nice job with Cardio Coach #3 today even if you didn't feel like it you did something great for your body and that's what is important. I didn't like Hard Strikes much the first few times I did it either. Now, I love it and I thought it would be more kickboxing, but its not at all its got more of a boxing flavor to it. I didn't think it was hard on the upper body but I at first I hated all the jumping jacks in it. I'd suggest doing one of the premixes a few times and then go from there. If you were wanting more kickboxing I'd suggest Rockout Knockout. I have really grown to love Hard Strikes now but not at first it takes a while to grow on you. I'd also suggest trying all out low impact hiiTfrom XTrain you may enjoy that one more. Also for cardio another great XTrain workout is Tabatacise this one intimidated me for a long time but after doing it once it was instant love. You can always check out the premixes/bonuses to fit your time frame and liking. Enjoy playing with XTrain. Oh also I did killer leg workout today I didn't even realize was on Push Pull from Body Blast it was awesome check out my check in for more details.

Debbie-try the cardio only premix that is not one of my favorites either and I modify the jumping jacks.

Today I did Burn Sets Bi's and Tri's and had an excellent workout!! Loved this one!!!

Dumbbell Curls - 15's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 14 reps
Simultaneous Rotational Curls - 15's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 10 reps
Concentration Curls - 20# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 8 reps
Hammer Curl Double Arm Crazy 8's - 12's - 24 reps

TRICEPS
Tricep Pushups - 3 sets - KILLER!!!
Lying Tricep Extensions - 12's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
One Arm Kickbacks - 8's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Double Arm Overhead Extension w/Tubing - 14 reps - Couldn't do the pulses, this killed me!

Fun stuff! Loved it!

Nora - Nice job with the Push/Pull Lower Body premix. I've done that one a few times and it is a good workout. Your legs will be sore today! Nice job girl! And you did great with the rest of your workout yesterday as well! Like I said, you are a workout machine!!!

Roxie - Excellent workout with KCM yesterday! I miss doing kickboxing. I might need to start doing some again soon.

Chris - I really want to check into Body Beast. That wounds right up my alley!!!

Belinda - How are you liking P903X? I hear they are great workouts!!! Nice job yesterday!

Today was Body Beast Bulk Shoulders and I added on Kathy Smith's Tummy Trimmers: Core Strength. It had a lot of planks!

Debbie: I don't think I'm the biggest fan of Hard Strikes either. For me, it was all the movements on your toes (shuffles, jumping jacks). It bothered my PF. I have enjoyed it way better with one of the premixes, I forget which one. I think you would love Body Beast, too! I love Xtrain weights, and BB is now my favorite!

Roxie: Planking is hard! How long are you holding them? Do you time yourself?

Belinda: Awesome job on the Warrior yesterday, What are you doing today?

Nora: That pushpull lower body premix sounds great!!! I love TF Stretch 10, it has some nice stretches in it too.

I think XTrain is sort of the crown jewel of Cathe's workouts, not that they aren't all awesome because they are but this one something a little bit more. Now that's just my opinion so whatever that's worth. Great job today girlfriend!
