Today I did Xtrain Bi's & Tri's again. Had a great workout. This is what I did:

Round 1
Alternating Standing Curls- 15's - 12 reps
Standing Overhead Tricep Extension - 20# - 16 reps

Round 2
Incline Curls on Ball- 12's - 16 reps
Lying Tricep Extensions - 10's - 16 reps

Round 3
Seated Concentration Curls- 15# - 16 reps
One Arm Kickbacks w/Tubing - 5's no tubing - 16 reps

Round 4
"W" Curls w/tubing- 5's# - 16 reps
Seesaw Pushups - 12 reps

Round 5
Seated Hammer Curl on Ball- 15's - 16 reps
One-Arm Seated Overhead Extensions - 10# - 16 reps

Round 6
Preacher Curl on Ball- 12# - 16 reps
Side Leaning Overhead Extension - 5# - 16 reps

Round 7
SlowMo Eccentric Curls w/Tubing- 5's - 16 reps
Cross-Body Extensions - 10# - 16 reps

Round 8
Incline Reverse Curls- 12's - 16 reps
One Arm Plank Kickbacks - 5's no plank - 16 reps

Round 9
Hammer Curl Crazy 8's- 12's - 28 reps
Crazy Dips - Skipped

Won't do dips at all, that really irritates my shoulders. So now way.

Debbie-Glad you are having fun workouts with XTrain. I see you did XTrain Bi's and Tri's today again, awesome stuff isn't it. I love XTrain its really well thought out and has so much to offer. Excellent job as usual with your workout and your weights. Nice job of modifying or avoiding certain exercises that just tweak your body and causes pain. Great workout today girlfriend high five!! Today I started week 6 of P90X3 and 4DS. I did Triometrics this morning as my cardio and 4DS Chest & Back. I will keep my workouts no more than 60 min tops.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1. Really had a great workout for going to bed late due to a really bad storm we had here last night. Our bathroom flooded again. And we're supposed to get more storms this afternoon. :rolleyes:

Workout was 36 minutes, I ran 2.25 miles and burned about 335 calories.

Nice job with your workouts everyone! I'm sorry I haven't had time for personals. :(

Debbie- Yikes that is a bummer about the storm flooding your bathroom. Let's hope the weather report was wrong and that the storm won't be back, fingers crossed. You had a great workout with it you can't beat it for a quick workout of 36 minutes and cudo's to you for running 2.25 miles and burning 335 calories, you are amazing girlfriend, nicely done. I did KCM's TLC Boxing but no planks.

Debbie-we got golfball size hail Saturday night put 2 dings in my husbands truck and ripped holes in our boat cover and Sunday night I had 2 nieces in tornado warnings so I understand how horrible those storms can be.

One Arm Rotational Row - 15# - 16 reps
Side Leaning Lateral Raise - 5# - 16 reps each side

Dumbbell Press on Ball- 20's - 16 reps
"T" Band Pull - 16 reps slow, 10 fast
Shoulder Circle - 3's - 48 reps (These burn!)

Round 3
Reach Tap Pushups- 24 reps (I just did regular pushups on knees)
"T" Prone on the Ball - 8's - 12 reps
Alternating Dumbbell Overhead Press - 8's - 12 reps

Round 4
Chest Fly on Ball- 15's# - 16 reps
One Arm Row w/Tubing - 32 reps
Bent Over Rear Delt Drop Sets - 5's - 16, 12, 8 reps

Round 5
Lower Chest Incline Fly on Ball- 3's - 16 reps (Love these but they are hard!)
Dumbbell Pullover on Ball - 20# - 16 reps
Double Arm Upright Row - 10's - 16 reps

Superman "Y" on Ball - 32 reps (Burned out at 16,these didn't feel good)
Lateral Raise w/10-10 degree Tilt - 5's - 12, 10, 8 reps

I don't know how Cathe does those Lower Chest Incline Flyes with 12's. My God those are hard! I'm hoping to be able to get a bit heavier with those because I really feel it.

I really love this workout! Very fun exercises!

Roxie - Luckily we didn't get any rain or storms yesterday but they are calling for more today. It's dreary out so I bet we do. :( Sorry to hear about your dh's truck and your boat cover.

Nora - Nice workout yesterday! You really kick butt, you know that??? You are a workout machine! :)

Belinda - How do you like P90 Warrior? Is that a yoga workout?

Debbie - amazing job this morning. P90X3 The Warrior is resistance training, you use your bodyweight with 1 min cardio. Sorry about the storm flooding your bathroom. I remember you had that problem before:confused:

Roxie - nice job on KCM. Sorry about your boat. I don't get the weather these day's anymore?

Nora - I agree, with Debbie…you are a workout machine! Keep it up, girl!

I'm at the end of week 2 of 5 of the Body Beast "Bulk" Phase. Still loving it .... I got super sick over the weekend, so missed a few. Since they're shorter workouts (no more than 40 minutes) I'm able to make them up.

today I did Bulk Back and Xtrain's Cardio Leg Blast Premix 1-6.

Belinda: So you're doing a rotation of P90X3 and 4DS? Sounds like fun!
Nora: Great job on CLX!!! You went HARD on the cardio yesterday! WOW!
Debbie: Glad to hear you're enjoying Xtrain weights. Next to Body Beast, that really is my favorite weight program.
Roxie: Your KCM workouts sound great too! Do you have planks to do every day?

Sorry about the late check in. I was done with my workout around 9:30 am but had to hurry and shower had to help take my German Shepherd Ares to the vet for a pre-op exam this morning. Ares surgery is tomorrow to get neutered, and on pre-op vet noticed a cyst to remove on back so he'll take care of that tomorrow when he's under anesthesia and then give him his shots then too! I will now check in.

Roxie- Nice job on your workouts and taking Kelly up on her advice with planks. I'll have to try that too with having two c-sections its always an area I need to work on.

Chris- Nice job with Body Beast being in week 2 of 5 Bulk Phase, that's awesome glad your still loving it. Sorry about being sick over the weekend, that sucks. I hope you are feeling better now. Keep up the great job with Body Beast I'm excited to learn your results after you complete the entire Body Beast rotation., you go girlfriend;):)

Debbie-Wow! Another amazing workout you did with Xtrain doing Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulders. So glad you are enjoying XTrain thus far. Yes, the weight workouts are challenging and Cathe does get ya, no worries there. I personally think the weight work is better than STS because its shorter workouts generally and love, love, the premixes and the separate workouts for different body parts is always awesome. You did some really used some great weights today, very impressive. Yes, those Lower Chest Incline Fly on Ball are killer and tough, but good. Its always a real challenge for me with those, I do have to dig deep to get those done. Push ups are always tough for me with my wrists. Its sort of a love hate thing. I love that I can finally do push ups from my toes but hate that they always bug my wrists and I am not able to go down all the way like Cathe and crew do. But hey, I can at least do them now so that is still progress that I feel I can be proud of. Great workout today Debbie, happy you are having fun with your XTrain journey. Today I did one of my Cardio Coach Mixes and had a good workout. I almost didn't workout, I was so tired when I got up this morning. But I soldiered through. I did well, infact. Glad I did it!

Workout was 42 minutes, ran 2.5 miles and burned 371 calories.

Nora - When doing pushups, use 5# weights under your hands. Just grab onto them and use them as pushup bars. That helps tremendously with wrist pain. I have the same issue and always use my 5's to do pushups.

Debbie- No worries, I am right there with you today, I was super tired and didn't want to workout but I made myself soldier through it. I see you did Cardio Coach premixes and had a good workout I'd say with 42 minutes cardio, ran 2.5 miles and burned 371 calories. I say Bravo to that girlfriend, that is great. I have tried the dumb bell suggestion you mentioned it feels awkward and with muscle imbalances I have on my right side I need to be careful, but thank you for your suggestion all the same.

Today I did Xtrain Legs - I did the Standing and Barre sections of the workout. I had a great workout and my legs are jello right now. I like the Barre section, that one kills. I'm assuming that is what Ballerina's do when they train. No wonder they are so thin and lilthe!

Love this series. I need to explore more of the workouts. I'm hoping to have time this weekend to watch Burn Sets and Super Cuts. I'd like to check out Hard Strikes, too.
