Turbo Fire- Fire 30 Class = 33 Min

Belinda- I didn't know you had a birthday May 5th was it?, Happy belated birthday, mine is May 4th. Great job on your workout of Athletic Training and later P90X3 Warrior, they both sound like great workouts. Keep up the great job on those workouts girlfriend and keep on being fabulous now go have a fabulous day!;):D

Debbie- Congrats on your first Xtrain Bi's and Tri's workout, it is awesome isn't it. I think Xtrain is the best of the best of Cathe's workout series and that is saying something because all of them are awesome but XTrain edges out in front a little bit more. I find I love the guide for XTrain and I really use it too! Its nice to look at the guide and see what you'll need for equipment and what weights cathe uses so you can get ready before hand. Its a fun very well thought out program and love the abundant premixes so there is something for everyone time wise as well as in variety. So glad you are loving XTrain so far, good for you and enjoy exploring XTrain and have fun with it. Take care Debbie and don't work too hard. I thought I came back and checked in after my workout don't know what happened. I did KCM's YBB 1 and CK25 WK1 D1 still need to do my planks.
 
Today I did XTrain Legs. I really like this one, too, but was sort of bummed that the Bonus Barre wasn't actually in the Legs workouts. It's in the book as being in the workout but I guess you have to choose it from the chapter menu if you want to do it. My legs and butt are really rubbery right now. I really liked the exercises she did. A few of them hurt my right knee, but not too bad.

Nora - HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! I didn't know it was your birthday, too! Hope you had a great day.

Belinda - I'm not following any rotation for Xtrain yet. I'm just trying out the workouts to see if I can do them without having pain in my neck/shoulder and upper back. I am really sore from Bi's & Tri's and I had a couple knots in my upper back again. I worked them out with a tennis ball and it seems ok right now. I have to be really careful and it sucks. I hope I will be ok with these workouts.

Roxie - I made up my own workout sheets. I checked out Workout Manager and only found the STS workouts. I'll have to check it again.

Woke up with a sore throat and my head is killing me. This weather is crazy, one day we have sunshine/warm the next day I turn on the heater in the house

Last night I also went for a nice long walk with the dogs.

Who is signing up for Cathe's Live classes today?

Debbie - glad you worked that knot out in your shoulder yesterday. Let us know how you like all the Xtrain workouts.

Belinda- Bummer about the headache, those are no fun, I hope it goes away. Good for you taking your furry kids for a walk. Oh, I'm doing Chalean Extreme I'm on week 3 of a 12 week rotation. Sorry about the sore throat maybe drink tea with lemon and honey in it, or gargle with salt water. The gargling does help it just tasting icky is all. Take it easy today Belinda and rest, feel better!;):)

Debbie- I was curious after reading your barre comment about Xtrain, Yes Barre is in there but its only in one of the Premixes offered for legs. You can find it in the guide page 56 or 57. It looks like that the Barre option only is there in the workout manager and break down which implies there must be that option under premixes for that Legs dvd. I think the guide showed that to be about 15 minutes or so long. Lots of people love the Barre option but I honestly have not done that one yet, but that's why all those premixes are there you can play and discover as you go, love that! XTrain legs is really good it hits everything leg wise you'd want. XTrain has lots of fun stuff for you to look forward to and enjoy. Nice workout today with XTrain Legs. Debbie-I think you have to add the workout to the calendar and then print a workout sheet. I keep one and just make copies of it. I am thinking about doing XTrain again next month.

Today I did Xtrain Chest, Back and Shoulders. LOVED IT!!! OMG, 10-Minute Trainer is a joke compared to these workouts. I really loved the exercises Cathe does in this workout. I did all but the last round because I ran out of time. I also went VERY light due to this being the areas that I have problems with, but I still felt each exercise. So fun! I can't wait until next week to do these again.

You all had great workouts yesterday! Nice job everyone!
