Turbo Fire- HiiT 30= 30 Min

Chalean Extreme- Ab Burner = 10 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 68
Total calories burned = 789
Plus I plan to take my dog for a walk later too!
Debbie- Awesome job with Burn Set Leg workout again and then added some from Xtrain Legs. I love how you made this even more effective for you by eliminating the dixie cup forward leaning lunges that hurt your knees. That's the way to train smarter, bravo! Glad you were able to customize the workout for you, that is awesome. Well done girlfriend, I know that was one heck of an effective leg workout today. Bravo
