I just finished today's workout and went to check it off in the workout manager and it won't check it off. I don't know whats going on there, but I'll now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Combat- Shock Plyo HiiT 2= 30 Min
MV= 10.0
CB= 410

Les Mills Combat- Warrior 1 Upper body Blow Out = 25 Min
MV= 6.50
CB= 222

Total calories burned= 632

Great workouts already this week!

Belinda: Nice job "recovering". I bet your feet are thanking you!

Debbie: I really like P90X Yoga too. But it is way too long. Love the stretchy stretch stuff at the end. I could do without some of the balancing poses. ;)

Roxie: Nice job on workouts! I did CLB today too! It was my second time. I was fatigued today, so I wanted to stop as well. I do like it better than Plyo Legs... no mtn climbers or butt kicks!

Nora: Are you doing the Combat rotation? I started doing XTRAIN 90 Day rotation, so there are Combat ones I haven't done yet. I want to! I may sub in one for Hard Strikes. I wasn't a fan of HS. The moves were hard on my feet, with the shuffles/jumping jacks, etc.

Yesterday I did Burn Sets: Chest Back Shoulders. BIG DOMS today!!
Today was Cardio Leg Blast. And Core 2. Plus I've been keeping up with the January Mason Twist/Push Up/Wall Squats challenge...
 
Today was suppose to be total body but I don't want to do that until this pinch in my shoulder blade goes away. I did Cardio Coach #3 instead. Short and sweet. Had a good workout but my shoulder was bugging me during the running parts. :shrug:

Chris - I need to figure out where the stretchy part is. I can skip the balance poses (although I do like doing those) and go to the stretch part. I'll need to sit and break that workout down so I can do that. I really like that workout.

Today I will do Hard Strikes Conditioning and CK25 Day 2 depending on how my legs feel later I can hardly walk after yesterdays workout.

Debbie-take it easy on that shoulder.

Never got that yoga in yesterday. Since it's my recovery week, I wasn't sweating it, lol:eek:. I will give it anther try today? We shall see.

Roxie - glad you liking this rotation. Still haven't decited which one I will do next week?? You are doing C2K and Xtrain? You go, girl.

Chris - glad you like xtrain. Which rotation are you doing?

I just finished my workout for today and will now check in. I see that the workout manager is still not working right, so I assume they are still working on it. I wish them well. Even though, I did the workout and added on abs I couldn't add the abs to the workout manager or mark the workouts as completed. Oh well, I'm sure these things take time to fix, so I'll be patient.

Les Mills Combat- Combat 30 Kick Start= 30 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 307

Les Mills Combat- Lower Body Blow Out = 30 Min
MV= 8.0
CB= 328

Les Mills Pump- Core= 13 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 89

Total calories burned= 724;)

I got up to do Candace's Run Fit workout but decided to do Yoga Stretch instead. My body feels really tight again and I just figured it would be best to do a stretch rather than running again.

Only thing is I can't workout tomorrow. I have an early meeting so I won't have time. I should make myself workout Saturday morning. I will try. I hate missing two days of workout. I don't count today as a workout.
 
Hi Girls!

Today was Xtrain: Legs Premix #5. Standing, floor and rear delts. I'm not the biggest fan of legs, so having it twice a week in this rotation is killing me !! :eek:

Yesterday I did Burn Sets: Bi's & Tri's.

Also keeping up with a January Mason Twist/Wall Squat/Push Up challenge.

Belinda: That's what rest/recover week is all about! resting!! What are you going to start next week, do you know?

Debbie: Sorry about your shoulder. It sucks this pain keeps coming up for you. but you seem to know how to take care of it. Nice job listening and stretching today. The stretchy part of P90X Yoga is the second half. Just keep skipping over until you find it. Probably starts about 1/2 way through.

Roxie: Nice job on Xtrain AND C25K!!!!

Nora: The WM seems to be working today! YAY! Funny how we get so used to things and NEEDING them! excellent workout with Combat yesterday.

I just finished today's workout. I got a late start because I awoke to my icky post MS injection Meds side effects. Yep, full on flu like symptoms fever, aches, nausea, headache, dizziness, and very poor balance. I rested on the couch waiting for the aleve to kick in before I attempted a workout, when things eased off a bit I did get a workout in.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Combat - Combat 45 = 45 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 461

Les Mills Combat- Core Attack= 20 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 137

Total calories burned= 598:cool:

Now I think I will just take it easy the rest of the day. Usually, it takes me a day or two to shake this then I'm ok. It's just not fun and makes it hard to plan or schedule stuff.

I posted this morning but the website was having problems again. I did XT HS Premix 16 Timesaver and CK25 later I am going to do Bis and Tris pluse core 2.

Belinda-I don't know if I will be able to keep up with both programs my legs can't handle it.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. I was cleaning my house. I did take a nice long walk yesterday.

Today I will do some yoga. Not sure how much I will be around this weekend? We are moving DD to her new appartment. Tomorrow we will clean DD's apartment and Sunday is moving day.

Roxie - doing both programs sounds alot. Maybe do just one. I heard the core#2 is tough.

Chris - I still haven't decited what I will do next week. For some reason I am not feeling Xtrain???

Debbie - how is your shoulder?

Nora - did you take it easy the rest of the day? LOL! I hope so!

Today for me is suppose to be 80 mins worth of leg work but I will do that tomarrow when I have more time instead I will do the Low Impact workout.

Belinda-I think I have decided to hold off on CK25 until I am done with XTrain my legs can't handle both programs. I have a realtor coming next week to look at the house and tell us what we need to do to make it sellable. Yesterday I took all the pictures off the walls. Core 2 has 60 crunches followed by 60 reverse crunches surprisingly my abs don't hurt yet.

Hi girls!


Today I subbed Les Mills Combat 30 for Hard Strikes. I didn't really like Hard Strikes when I did it before. It was rough on my feet and I was afraid I'd get PF pain again. I like Combat though. I also did Core #1 from XTRAIN and did 55 Mason Twists and 15 Push Ups.

I'm working tonight and tomorrow night is our work holiday party. So I probably won't get my workout in tomorrow. Will do it Sunday if I'm not hungover. LOL

Tonite I did Xtrain All Out Low Impact Hiit Premix 1+core but I couldn't complete the core my abs were sore from yesterday, I also did CK W2 D3. I looked at Week 3 and I don't think I can do both.

Yesterday I did 30 min yoga yesterday.

Today is cleaning DD's appartment. Tomorrow is moving day. Not looking forward to the next few days.

Chris - I read a lot of people don't like Hard Strikes. To much jumping....:confused:

Roxie - that sounds like a lot of crunches, lol. I would do CK25 for the cardio workouts.

Nora - nice cal burn yesterday. How are you feeling?

I did Xtrain Legs but not the 80 min workout I was suppose to do I just did the workout the way it was designed and I didn't do the rear delts. This workout reminds me why I don't like Cathes leg workouts its overkill on some of the floor work and standing work.

Belinda-I am doing the 90 day rotation not alot of cardio that doesn't involve wts of some kind. Have fun moving and cleaning.
