Crazy, strong and loving it for January!!

So my alarm clock went off at it's usual 4:30 and I got up with all intentions of working out. Then I realized that my shoulder blade was feeling really good so I didn't want to aggravate it and decided to just go back to sleep for one more day. I will get up tomorrow no matter what I feel like and do something. I just want to give this a chance to get a better. I don't want to be in pain for 6 weeks again.

It was nice sleeping in. I'm raring to go now!

Good Evening,

I didn't get a stretch in yesterday I was busy cleaning kitchen cabinets getting ready for a realtor and then we went and watched gs while his mommy worked and daddy played basketball. Today DD came over and we cleaned and washed walls and baseboards. Tonite I will do Xtrain Burn Sets Chest, Back and Shoulders. Workout completed now I am ready for bed.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1. I really wanted to do the new Candace workout but didn't have an entire hour to workout. I'll do that one for sure either Thursday or Friday.

The move didn't went so well:mad:. When DD and I arrived on Saturday, the place was a hot mess. I have never seen a bathroom that dirty!!! We walked out of the appartment. I told DD to call the manager and have him take a look and get this place cleaned up. I refused to clean up after someone elses mess (not after what I went through with my house last year:eek:). They did get some one in and clean the bathroom, but still didn't clean anything else, WTH? Sunday we called again, someone came...told us they would sent someone to clean the stove and frige. Yesterday they finally had the place clean enough for us to go in and clean and desinfect the place. That place was disgusting:confused:. Now it's nice and clean. DH, DS and I didn't get home until almost 11 pm. DD is set up about 85%, we still have to hang up curtins, pic and little stuff. I am so excusted from cleaning and all that stess.

Not sure what I will do today? Maybe take a nap:eek:

I felt horrid yesterday, but did do Cardio Leg Blast Premix 1-6.

Today I did Les Mills Combat 60: Extreme Cardio Fighter. It was fun! I enjoyed it and got all kinds of sweaty too!

Nice workouts today!

Chris- glad your feeling better today. I did the same workout you did Extreme Cardio Fighter from Combat. Yes, it is definitely a sweatastic kind of workout and just love it. It seems when I'm workingout so hard and sweating like crazy you wouldn't think I be smiling and having so much fun but I do. Excellent choice of a workout today. I guess great minds really do think alike, eh? LOL!

Roxie- Oh you got Xtrain, Yay good for you. So how are you liking it so far? I did get it but haven't tried it yet as I'm doing Les Mills Combat right now and trying to focus on that and mix in some pump for weight work right now. I'm anxious to try Xtrain but would really like for the workout sheets to be available first. Nice workout you have planned for later with Cardio Leg Blast Premix 1+Core 1, sounds awesome, you go girlfriend;):)

Belinda- It sounds like to did get a huge workout in with helping your daughter clean up her apartment. I can't believe the apartment manager allowed for it to be moved into without having it cleaned thoroughly. I mean that is what a cleaning deposit is for, so if the previous tenant leaves the place a mess and they hire someone to clean it before its ready to be lived in that deposit covers that expense for the landlord. I hope all is well with your daughter and her apartment. I'd be sure to read thoroughly the rental agreement contract but normally the apartment is to be clean and ready for habitation, if it is not there maybe a breach of contract on the landlord's part because it was not ready or suitable for habitation upon receipt of the keys and signing of contract. I'd look over the rental agreement carefully. I wish her well in her new apartment. :)

Debbie- Nicely done with Cardio Coach#1. Its a good time efficient workout and can be as challenging as you want for the time allotted. WTG on today's workout girlfriend!:D

Today I did Yoga Relax by Cathe. My mind really wasn't into this today but I did it anyways. Felt good to stretch.

If you guys can say a prayer for my mom - her eye site is getting worse and she's not feeling well. I'm taking her to the doctors today. I"m hoping she doesn't have the flu. I'd really appreciate the prayers! Thanks!

I didn't get a workout in yesterday I came home from work and started cleaning out a closet in the basement so the realtor could measure and then I took care of my 4 year old twin nephews and wasn't told they were both sick or I would have said no I have managed to avoid being sick so far but it will probably happen now. I will do Burn Set Bis and Tris this morning and then later after the realtor leaves I will do Cardio Leg Blast.

Belinda-I did alot of modifying on that workout.

Debbie-thinking good thoughts for your mom and hope she gets better soon.

Nora-I couldn't resist getting Xtrain thought it was just what I needed to push me over the hump.

I will do Xtrain Legs today minus the rear delts my shoulder hurts from the chest work went to far out on a fly.

Belinda-nope I was really cold last night for some reason I think I might be coming down with a cold.

Hey girls,

Went to the doc before lunch (not this afternoon:eek:got the times mixed up). He took xrays which showed I still have a heel spur in my right foot. I also got a steriod shot in my heel. My heel is still very inflamed :mad: I just want this pain to go away, it's been over 4 month. After my workout I could hardly walk last night. Doc told me not to do any high impact workouts, not evern yoga:confused: he thinks I am overstetching my foot. If I don't see a 50% improvement in 3 weeks, I have to go back for another steriod shot. Keeping my fingers crossed I don't need to go back for another shot:) That steriod shot was painful:confused:

As far as workouts go, I need to stop doing high impact workouts. I know Xtrain cardio is very high impact even her low HiiT, I still feel them in my heel with all that bouncing.:( I decited not to follow Cathe's 90 day rotation. I will do whatever I feel like doing that day, low impact;). For cardio I will do mostly walking either indoors or outdoors, I will use the elliptical or the bike until my foot completely healed. I know I am very stubborn when it comes to workouts, but I relized (a little late!):confused: I am not doing myself/foot any good.

This morning I did a 60 min ballet body workout, I know I shouldn't have done it:( but I did! I need to lay off yoga of any kind for the next 3 weeks.

Tonite I did Xtrain Legs Premix 2 which is minus the rear delts my shoulder hurts from chest flyes I did on Monday. I can't feel my legs that is a tough workout.
