Good Afternoon,

Tonite for me is Hard Strikes Conditioning. I was going to add on rear delts but I am not getting off work as early as I thought and we are going to load furniture for storage.

I never got a workout in yesterday:(, we went to DC helping DD hang up all her pic and so on. DH and I went to dinner afterwards in DC, by the time we came home it was to late to workout. Plus I was excusted. We also got stuck in DC traffic...arrrr..


Roxie - I will listen to my doc;) That's way I am changing my rotation, otherwise I will overwork my leg. How are you feeling?

Nora - awesome burn yesterday.

I think I will do Xtrain triceps and ?????.

Good Morning,

I never got HS done yesterday worked later then I wanted to and then by the time I ran some errands and got supper ready it was late and then I had to clean out the pantry DH made so he could load it my hutch and a stand in the livingroom. I just finished All Out Low Impact Hiit Premix 1 with core 1 and later I will try to do HS. My knee is still killing me so I am no longer doing CK25 and I went down to the store and got a new knee brace still can't find mine probably will when I start packing up the bedroom. I am already tired of moving and I still don't have any place to go.

Belinda-moving, cleaning and packing is exhausting.

I've been slacking on checking in this week, Sorry !!! :(

I've been sticking with Xtrain's 90 Day Undulating Rotation, for the most part.

Today I did change it up from All Out Low Impact HiiT to Les Mills Combat Shock Plyo HiiT 2. (Just like you, Nora!!!). That one starts off crazy right from the get-go, right? Good one, though. I enjoyed it. The instructors are very motivating. I also did the work for the January Challenge I'm doing, 80 Mason Twists and 1:30 Wall Squat!

I'm back to working Saturday and Sunday nights starting this weekend. I am glad to go back to it. Friday/Sundays were starting to get old and wear me out!

Nora: Hi-5's on Combat workouts!!!

Belinda: You really do need to chill out with the workouts. I would say bike riding at the most. You can do maybe upper body drills. You NEED to get this better. Concentrate on your eating and stay off your foot! I'm sure you don't want more steroid shots!

Roxie: Sounds like you are crazy busy with moving and working! Nice job getting the workouts in! Are you loving Xtrain? I am!!!

Debbie: Hope all is well and the shoulder is feeling good!
 
Morning girls,

Yesterday I took a 60 min walk w/the dogs. Had some pain, but nothing like I had a a week ago. So far so good.

Chris - I will chill out, lol. I will do the bike/elliptical or go for a walk for the next few weeks. Cathe's rotation isn't going anywhere. Your workouts are intenese.

Nora - wtg yesterday.

Roxie - take it easy on your knee. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm so sorry I haven't checked in. I don't even remember if I told you any of this. My mom got a really bad migraine last Monday and her eye site just went dim. I've been with her ever since, to the emergency room and then they got her a room for a night at the hospital. She has a tumor in her head which we have known about for 15 years. The tumor is about 45 years old, it's hard as a rock and has calcium growth around it. When we initially found it, the hospital didn't want to touch it because part of it was wrapped around an aertery. They said it was slow growing and she should be ok with it the rest of her life. Well, not so. It grew 4 cm and that is what caused her head and eye problems. Now they want to remove it. She is on steroids and that has eleviated the swelling so she is able to see enough to function on her own. I'm hoping once the tumor is totally removed, she will be able to see much much better again. I'm taking her to see her family doctor today for a follow-up and then we have to schedule the surgery. Say a prayer for her, please.

Today I finally got a good workout in. It's funny how you just don't want to workout when things are upside down in life. I decided to do Run Fit by Candace and did well with the workout. Not as well as I did the first time, but ok. I really like this workout.

I didn't do anything yesterday trying to let the knee heal and then last night we hauled more boxes out of the basement for dh to take to our storage unit. Tomarrow is another meeting with the realtor to start the listing process.

Debbie-I will keep you and your mom in my thoughts and prayers hope everthing goes well. Good job with your workout and I understand what you are saying feeling the same.

Belinda-glad to hear the foot is getting better.

Roxie- Oh no, sorry to hear that your knee is bugging you. Please take it easy and know that lifting, moving, packing , and cleaning is most definitely a workout so be careful girlfriend. Take care and hang in there with this hard work of packing, moving and realtor stuff.

I did HS Premix 16 Conditioning Only instead of CLB I will do that in the morning when I have more time. My knee hurt anytime that I was in a plie' position guess I should have changed my shoes and wore the Rykas instead of the Asics.

Today I did Yoga for Energy by Tamal Dodge. Good workout, not too hard but I enjoy it.

It's 10 degrees here this a.m. -5 with the windchill. Can't wait to go outside!!!

Coldest day we've had here in 4 years. I'm wearing long johns to work, I'm sure my office will be freezing.

Just finished Leslie Swansons 3 mile power walk. I have to say"NOT BAD":eek: I was sweating my butt off. I liked it and it's low impact.

Nora - how may dvds are in TJ set? I am confued. My neigbor gave me 4 wo? Those workouts you can do totally low impact. Which I like! Good job on your workout girl.

Today I did Yoga Sculpt by Karen Voight. Haven't done this one in a while, I enjoyed it. It's around 45 minutes.

Nora - We have a pellet stove here at home. I love it. I came home from work yesterday and it was 83 degrees in here! :D
