I did KCM Muscle Up First Set Pump this morning using 15,12,10 & 8's.

Debbie- sorry to hear about the headache I think I have figured out I am glucose intolerant when Ineat someowith sugar especially chocolate I have a headache an hour later. My mom is bipolar and my dad was a constant worrier so I don't stand a chance.

Today I did Cathe Live Strong Upper Body Express and a 30-minute power walk with JS on YouTube. That Live was awesome! Not crazy reps so I went pretty heavy in weight. Loved it!!

Nora - how are you liking JNL so far? Good job on your workout and cutting back a little :)

Today I did Cathe Live Total Body Sculpt and Basic Stretching from Total Body Stretching. That Live was long, but I'm putting it on my favorites list!

Today I did the workout I did with Week 1 (this is my 3rd week already with my own BB workouts). Had a great workout. I changed it up a bit because there was too much chest work with what I originally had so I cut out one of the progressive sets. Went up in weights as well.

CHEST

Single Set/Drop Set - Build
Dumbbell Chest Press:
20's/25's/30's/25's - 15/12/8/8 reps (last two sets were drop sets)

Super Set - Bulk
Incline Fly:
15's/20's/25's - 15/12/8/8 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press: 20's/25's/30's/2's - 15/12/8/8 reps (last two sets were drop sets)

Force Set - Bulk
Chest Press w/Rotation:
20's - 5 sets/5 reps
Held down for 5 seconds each set. Killer!!!

TRICEPS

Single Set/Drop Set - Bulk
Seated Overhead Extension:
20#/25#/30#/25# - 15/12/8/8 reps (last two sets were drop sets)

Single Set/Drop Set - Bulk
Skull Crushers: 25#/30#/35#/25# - 15/12/8/8 reps (last two sets were drop sets)

Super Set - Build
Double Arm Kickbacks: 8's/10's/12's/8's - 15/12/8/8 reps (last two sets were drop sets)
Triceps PushUps: 15/12/8 reps (did every one of them on my TOES!!!)

Then I walked 2 miles on my treadmill at a 3 % incline. Sweating pretty good.

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter! Mine was great!!! Enjoyed family and food and now I'm back on the healthy eating. Was a bad eating weekend.
 
Hi ladies! I'm off today so I got my workout done early.

Today I did Cathe Live Power Step, Cathe Live Low Impact Cardio HiiT, and a 10-minute Interval walk with JS on YouTube. After this and yesterday's workout, my legs were crying! I tell you, I am terrible at step that has even the slightest choreography. I felt like I was flailing around a few times during Power Step.

Debbie-great job with BB! I'm glad you enjoyed the holiday.

Today I did Cardio Coach 2, my version and had a great workout. I like this one, I need to tweak the warm-up, maybe use a different warm-up for this one. The warm-up that comes with the workout is only 2:12. Can't warm up in two minutes. I usually do it twice but it's a pain to have to rewind.

Workout was 40 minutes, went 2.77 miles, burned 314 calories (TM said 376) and went 5554 steps.

My HR during Challenge 2 was at a steady 160. Weird, I didn't even feel winded.

Nice workouts yesterday, everyone!!! Have a great one today as well!
