I had a dental appointment is morning. Just finished up Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix 2.

That's it for me today. I have another vet appointment for my dog this afternoon. Need to shower. I will be back with personals

ICE- Chisled Lower Body Blast- Muscle Meltdown- Shoulders = 16 Min Wow! These Muscle Meltdowns are serious weight work for 1 muscle group. They are serious short weight workouts for indvidual muscle focussed work, Love them!

Jillian Michaels- Body Shred- Conquer= 36 Min- Still loving Jillian, she's tough, challenging, fun and fast. The time goes by so fast!

Total calories burned = 924

Debbie- Hi! Oh maybe your fitbit's battery is low or needs replaced, its something to consider. Nice job of walking on your treadmill today, rather than running. Its good to take it easy if your knees been bugging you. I bet you are so looking forward to your recovery week. Please do stop by and check in with us a couple or so times. So today was the last full boy workout and I didn't do it. Pathetic, huh? I'm just done. I'm tired, I have a headache and I have no desire to workout this morning. I'll start my recovery week today. I plan on not doing much of anything until Tuesday, then I'll do either yoga or walking on my treadmill.

Nora - I checked out the links you sent me and I don't think those workouts (Metashreds and the Corps workout) are for me. Too many compound movements and they don't look body friendly. When you do them, please let me know how you like them. I wish the new Hammer & Chisel were more like Body Beast, I'm bummed that they are not. I really wanted those workouts until I read reviews.

MishMosh Premixes: Scrambled #4 Mixes abs from Icy Core 1 throughout the main workout. - 58:51 is done!

I am not in the mood to do anything else today :( I am so sad after I left the vet yesterday. All I want to do is cry. I went to the vet with my dog Brawler, I notice every time we walk the dog he is dragging his right rear leg :( He also looses control over that leg when he walks on my kitchen floor. The vet thinks it's age related and he is getting old. He is only 11 years old. He gave him some meds, he believes could be a disc in his back. If this doesn't work, I will take Brawler to a neurologist. I also have to get him dog shoes. The shoe is called Neo Paws, the only place I could find them is in Canada. I guess, the shoe will prevent him from dragging his paw and filling down this nails. If it's not one thing, it's another.

Debbie- No worries on starting your recovery week today, I say enjoy! Yes, I will let you know what I think of Hard Corps and MetaShred when I do them. I know there are a lot of compound moves and that's ok as long as I use good form, use appropriate weight, and modify when I need to and don't be a hero, (Cape is at the cleaners in definitely, LOL!!) Glad you got to check out those links and decide if that was for you or not. Its always nice having the info and to see clips before deciding. Thanks for looking at the clips etc... Have a wonderful recovery week, perhaps nice stretching and stuff would be great. Have a blessed and fabulous Friday and Happy Easter !:);):D

I just finished today's workout and finished with Jessica Smith Walk Strong pr0gram, yay. I just had to try Hard Corps Cardio 1 and to the Cold Start first, that was such fun. I finished my workouts and will now check in.

That is it for me today. I finished Jessica Smith's Walk Strong 6 week program. I liked most of it there were two workouts I didn't care for but the rest were awesome!:) She has a great Prehab and Dynamic stretch workouts that are really great for stretching and recovery, so I will be using those for sure. I'm still doing Jillian Michaels Body Shred, which is amazing. Today's JM BS workout finished week 5 or 8 weeks so five down and 3 more to go. Happy Easter Weekend everyone and have a blessed weekend with friends and family and give thanks.:);):D

I started my recovery week with Stretch Max 1 this morning, I woke up with a stomachache so didn't feel like doing anything else

This morning I did Cross Train Express : Power Circuit (Back+ Planks) + Jenny Ford Toning with Weights (Total Body) plus Abdominals on the ball.

Hey there...

I had a long 4 day break from workouts last week , I was busy cleaning and cooking and errand running for Easter. We had my family here, it was a great day!!

Yesterday I did Cardio Supersets and today I did 21 DF Cardio Fix!

Nice to see you girls still going strong with workouts!!!

I'm tired of feeling like a slug so I got on my treadmill and walked 3 miles. Then I did some various ab moves and stretched. Feel much better!!! Hate feeling lazy.

Nice job on your workouts, everyone!! Hope you all had a great Easter!
 
Hey girls....Today I did Pyramid upper body Up Only Premix!! It also included abs on the ball.
