Debbie- No worries on starting your recovery week today, I say enjoy! Yes, I will let you know what I think of Hard Corps and MetaShred when I do them. I know there are a lot of compound moves and that's ok as long as I use good form, use appropriate weight, and modify when I need to and don't be a hero, (Cape is at the cleaners in definitely, LOL!!) Glad you got to check out those links and decide if that was for you or not. Its always nice having the info and to see clips before deciding. Thanks for looking at the clips etc...
