Today I did 3 miles on the treadmill again. Worked up a good sweat on a 4% incline. Got 7700 steps in so that was good.

Roxie - I have no idea. I've been trying to figure out what I want to do this whole week and can't come up with anything. I may look at some of my older rotations I used to do and see if I can find one I want to do.

Today I only had time to walk 2 miles, I had a dentist appointment this morning. Got to sleep in. :)

Roxie - I think I may do up my own rotation lifting 3 days a week again but doing like Bi's & Tri's one day, Chest & Back another and Shoulders and Legs the third and then cardio twice a week. If you'd like to join me, I'll send you the workout sheets once I get them done.

Belinda - Nice going on Leaner Legs. That one was always a dread factor to me!!

CTX Upper Body Split and All Abs is done. All Abs went on forever :( I thought that workout would never stop. I felt like I was doing the same ab exercises for 36 min. Glad it's over, not sure if I ever gonna do All Abs again in the future? Way to long for me.

Today I started a 12 week rotation I once did from a M&F Magazine I have. Look interesting so I'll see how it goes. Mostly straight sets working two body parts a day - so today was Chest & Tri's.

This is what I did:

GS Chest & Tri's warmup.

3 sets/10 reps each with 1 minute rest between each set:

Pushups: 15 reps/12 reps (warmup)
Barbell Bench Press: 70#
High Incline Dumbbell Press: 25's
Low Incline Flyes: 25's

Lying Dumbbell Extensions: 12's
Weighted Barbell Dips: 35#

Could have gone heavier on most of these but I really don't want to lift much heavier than this. This rotation has a week where I do 5-6 reps and that week I will go higher. I need to be careful plus I don't want that bulky look and it seems like I'm getting that way again. I'll see if I can contain myself and lift moderately with this rotation.

I had time to walk 1 mile on my treadmill as well.

Where is everyone? Did the apocalypse happen? LOL!

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a great workout. It seems like when I haven't ran for a while my first workout back is easy. You would think it would be hard because you're out of the routine. I went faster on this one and higher on the hills. Had fun!!

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.8 miles, burned 252 calories (which I don't believe - TM said 369) and went 5638 steps.

Come out wherever you all are!!!

Kettlebell Kickboxing: Scorcher Series "
Power" and Baladea Flow is done. I had KB Scorcher Series for a long time, finally getting through them, lol. Not bad, this one got my HR up. Baladea Flow was a surprise, was actually pretty good too. I also did ICE MTB Timesaver : #1 Warm Up + Blizzard Blast + Stretch -- 23:13.

Nora - nice job today on your workouts.

Belinda- Congrats and high fives on your workout today with Kettlebell Kickboxing: Scorcher Series " Power" and Baladea Flow. I own the Scorcher series and love it, it is fun and challenging. Its very different in a fun way, and nicely done with Baldea Flow, that one I don't know anything about. Glad you had a fun workolut with both of them. After all that go and enjoy your blessed day and have fun, be joyful it will make everyone want to know what your secret is. ;):)

Good Morning,

I thought I posted yesterday but guess not. I haven't worked out until today DH is on vacation and work has been stressful so I can't seem to get up in the morning. Today I am taking a vacation day so I did X10 Fat Burning Circuit nor realizing there was no wts involved and wsy to many jumping jacks.
