Today I only had time to walk 2 miles, I had a dentist appointment this morning. Got to sleep in.
Roxie - I think I may do up my own rotation lifting 3 days a week again but doing like Bi's & Tri's one day, Chest & Back another and Shoulders and Legs the third and then cardio twice a week. If you'd like to join me, I'll send you the workout sheets once I get them done.
