CRACY, STRONG AND LOVING IT January 2016 - January 2020

Hi girls,

Hope you having a great Sunday. Today I did Jillian Michael Yoga Meltdown Level 1. I can't remember the last time I did that dvd, must been years. The workout reminded me of 21 Day Fix yoga. Not bad for 35 min. Jillian was very calm in that one :)

Today starts week 8, the last week of Full body. Had a great workout but it was with dreaded 18 reps done in superset form.

Warmup with GS Chest & Tris

3 sets/18 reps with 2 minutes rest between each superset.

SS #1
Incline Dumbbell Flyes:
25's
Reverse Flyes: 12's

SS #2
Calf Raises:
30's
Lateral Raise: 10's

SS #3
Hammer Curls:
15's
Lying Tricep Dumbbell Extensions: 12's

I also walked 1 mile on my treadmill.

ICE- Boot Camp Circuit- Muscle Meltdown- Biceps = 15 Min

Jillian Michaels- Body Shred- Conquer= 36 Min
MV= 9.35
CB= 460

Total calories burned = 915:eek::cool:;):)

Debbie- Wow, you are in the home stretch now with your total body weight rotation, WTG hang in there! Yikes 18 reps SuperSet style, oh man that sounds tough. We all know that you are wonder woman and can do that stuff. You rock girlfriend, killer workout today high fives!! Now go have a blessed day!:);):D

Today I did Run Fit and had a great workout. Really love this one. My quads are really tight, though. I had to stop and stretch after the first challenge. I really need to do stretching. Next week is my recovery week and I'm hoping to do some yoga and stretching.

Workout was 52 minutes, ran 3.5 miles, burned 342 calories and went 6911 steps.

Belinda - I can't read your workout, type is very small. :)

Nora - Nice workout yesterday, girl! You rocked it yet again! Nice job!

Roxie - Yep, the home stretch. Thank god! LOL!!!

Yesterday was rest day, today I did Timesaver Series, Step Blast Combo #3, Hi/Lo and then Back and Core. I added on 100 rep challenge Pullovers.

Debbie, nice job on the weights and a good run session. 18 reps....yikes!!

Roxie, I know I need more cardio too. Step Blast 3 was fun today.

Belinda, I think I have that Jillian yoga...I should do that one soon. Good job on 45 EZ!! (Weird, I can always see your posts fine, but I also usually use the tappatalk app. To post)

Debbie- Great workout today with RunFit on the treadmil. Nice workout and great distance 3.5 Miles and awesome step count of 6911 steps. Bravo girlfriend. Sorry to hear your hamstrings are tight. If you have a foam roller I would recommend using it and the DVD, " Flexibility for the Inflexible with Keli Roberts. I told about this one a while ago its a great discovery on mine I found accidentally. This workout is excellent for anytime you are tight or sore. It has 3 short foam roller workouts on it. The foam roller is used in physical therapy and athletes use it as well for the deep tissue massage this offers muscles, and its great. I use it it daily the workout teaches you how to use the foam roller and which exercises benefit certain muscles. I use it for my neck, shoulders, back and glutes it really helps to relieve pain and soreness. I recommend it highly. I got my dvd at totalfitness. Chris - wtg, on your workout today. I had that Jillian M. Yoga Meltdown for year. I think I only did that one 1 time? Back than (when the dvd came out :) it was hard to do down dog :) I didn't had the arm strength to hold my self in that position. I guess practice makes perfect! It was easier than I remember. Must be Debbie's computer:p it shows fine on my computer too?
 
Belinda - I don't think it's my computer as I can see everyone else's posts fine, just not sure why yours is doing that periodically. I know Roxie mentioned it a couple of times as well. Now your posts are bigger and I can read them. Thank you!! :)
 
Debbie - I don't know why it shows up small? It shows normal on my end. Today I set the font on the highest number, lol. It will not get any bigger than this :) Glad you can see it know.

Debbie-recovery week will be cardio than I think I will somehow keep on the same path using dvds
 
Full body today, same workout as last Wednesday but in Superset form. Had a good workout.

Warmup was GS Chest & Tri's

3 sets/8 reps with 1 minute rest between each Superset

Stiff Leg Deadlifts:

Dumbbell Military Press: 20's

SS #2
Barbell Curls:
40#
Double-Arm Row: 25's

SS #3
Barbell Chest Press:
70#
Close Grip Dumbbell Press: 25's

The last superset was hard, I really felt it in my tri's for that last set of close grips. :)

I walked on my treadmill for 1 mile.

Belinda - Thank you for changing the font and type, it is much better now. How's your DD?

Roxie - Nice workout!! I might do a little cardio next week as well but really think I need to rest my body. I'm exhausted.

Chris - I miss doing Step Blast, that used to be my most favorite workout. :( Wish I could still do step workouts. Nice job!!

Nora - Great calorie burn! You always do such good workouts. I haven't checked those links out yet about that other workout series you were telling me about but I will. I need something new.

Today I did the warm up from SB, then biceps, including 100 reps of hammer curls. Stretch Max with the ball and then a 20 minute walk with my old poochie [emoji252][emoji252]. It is SOOOO nice having my DH on vacation this week. I got to sleep in AGAIN, and he's getting stuff done around the house. It's like I'M on vacation! [emoji4]

Good Afternoon,

I did Turbo Jam Punch,Kick and Jam I ha never done this one and my dvd messed up half way through but I did what I could and it was fun. Youngest DD is having contractions so it could get interesting the next couple of days

Today I walked on my treadmill for about 2.8 miles. Weird thing is, my Fitbit said it was only 1.5. I wonder why, usually it's spot on with my treadmill. Not sure what happened there? I didn't feel like running today, I'm just burned out and need a rest. Looking forward to my recovery week next week.
