Chris- Sorry I missed your post yesterday. Great job on yesterday's workout with Timesaver Series, Step Blast Combo #3, Hi/Lo and then Back and Core, plus added on 100 rep challenge Pullovers. Wow girlfriend that was an amazing workout, you go girlfriend. I always wanted the Timesaver workouts from body blast, never seem to make it happen. They are good though and fun, so good for you.
