I did CLX Push Circuit 2 this afternoon since DH was babysitting one of the GS's kept us from going to the lake and its a perfect day for it.

Reverse Fly-8lbs/8 reps
Arnold Press-10lbs/8 reps need to go heavier
Single Leg Deadlift-15lbs/16 reps
Bent Over Lateral Raise-10lbs/8 reps
Frontal Press-10lbs/8 reps
Single Leg Tap-12lbs/16 reps
Lateral Deltoid Raise-8lbs/8 reps
