Control the Damage in the NeW YeAR!

Morning Guys,:)

No work out for me today argh……………I swear if I got an hour of sleep last night. I tossed turned all night. I’m going to Walgreens to find SOMETHING so I can sleep does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can take I just want to get a good night’s sleep. Right now, I am exhausted. I hope I can make the day.

Diane: I hope you feel better; get rest:). Where can I find BR 30 day.

Jacque:. I like to measure my progress, not by the scale……..even tho, every now and again I’ll step on the scale; I usually go by how my clothes fit. This morn, when I put on my pants on; they're fitting a bit tighter, so tighter pants and no sleep. Not a good combination lol so frustrating. First thing I need to do is up my water intake it has been on the very low end.:)

Fit mommy: Fingers crossed! Saying a prayer for my forum friend…….amen.:)

Morning ladies -

SIL and I did LI HiiT + core1 last night instead of tabatacise - she had not done it so we did - it was FUN! we were balls of sweat b/c temps are so warm and it is SOOOO humid .. my dang tiled floor was even sweating!! Told her we STEAMED up my workout room .. LOL

Today is heavy weight in the gym at lunch (minus bis and tris) - tonight will be one tabata and Xtrain B&T

Wendy - I should have my combat series in trmw .. woot woot! so you LURV them huh?????? give me a short run down on them if you could :) - good luck on the call back .. that sounds perfect for what you need!!!

Jacque - glad the scales are moving for you .. hope mine start moving the right direction .. yikes!!

Di - oohhhh .. hope you are not getting my bugs!! ugh .. I feel for you .. take my advice tho .. REST ... dont push it ... you will get sicker! I think I am going to make my own rotation of LIS, XTRAIN, COMBAT and A2 ... using concept of hard day /easy day and cardio / weights ..

Lori - good luck on the interview!! and glad you met some nice ladies .. I think that first one is intimidated by you .... usually people who feel they have to TALK about THEIR fitness routine are the ones that are not really DOING it and surely not working out at YOUR level ... I think some of the people on the Open forum do that .. TALK more than they DO!!!

TG: I take a natural supplement "ashwagandha" .. it has all but cured my sleepless nights ... it is a Ayurvedic plant and it takes a bit to get into your system .. soooo it is not like it is gonna work overnight .. but it sure has helped me sleep! NO side affects!!! it is also used for stress reduction (God knows I need that)

OK .. better run .. have a great one!

Good Morning Ladies. :)

You are just hearing from me now b/c I had to take DH's car for service this morning and the dealer is almost an hour away. I went straight there after dropping DS off at school at 7:30 and just got back around 10:30.

Today's work out will be Combat 45 as per the rotation plus lunges and maybe even another 100 rep challenge! ;)

Got in touch with the place that called me for an interview. I am going there for 10am on Friday. Fingers crossed! :D

Laura:: What kind of run down do you want because I am not good at remembering details of work outs. There are 5 combat (martial arts kicking and punching, etc) work outs. I have 4 of them and they are all good. They range from 30 to 60 mins. Combat 60 Live is my favorite. Combat 30 Live is the one I don't have. There are 2 HiiT work outs both 30 mins in length. One is called Power Hiit and the first half of it uses weights and second half does not. The half that uses weights is a mix of upper and lower but the real focus is upper. The part that is not weighted is all lower body. The other one is Shock Plyo HiiT and it is all non weighted plyo moves. Then there is Core Attack which is a KILLER 20 min ab routine. Upper Body Blow Out is a 20 or 30 min upper body routine that uses weights and body weight exercises to fry the ub in no time flat and also includes a cardio factor! Lower Body Lean Out is 20 or 30 minutes of intense non weighted leg work...mostly kicking and plyo. Fries the legs and sky rockets the heart rate! Last but not least is Stretch and Strengthen which is 20 minutes. First part is all Katas (I can't really explain what this means. Sorry) and then they move into traditional stretching. Is that what you were looking for in terms of a run down? If you have specific questions that I didn't answer, please ask. :)

Jacque:: Congrats on the scale victory! I love those!!!:D So here's my story...I was laid off from my job last March. I admit I took it easy until after I came from my family summer vacation in August but when I started hitting the help wanteds I hit it HARD and have consistently come up empty. In the meantime I had decided that now was the perfect time to pursue something new so I started scouring the local community college's website. I found a 2 yr applied science degree I was interested in but after doing the math, I decided that it wasn't worth the risk in this job market so even though I would have loved to give it a shot, I passed on it. Then, after talking to my DH I decided to give PT'ing another shot. I tried it several years ago and fell on my face when it came to finding a job...mostly coz I was afraid to even LOOK for one! Anyway, I ended up finding a PT certification program that the community college offered where you actually learn in a classroom setting so that's what I did. I passed the tests but they also require you do a 30 hr internship with a trainer or trainers in order to gain real life experience before they actually "certify" you and that's the point where I am at today. I have continued to look for an office job because a) unemployment tells me I have to and b) i will likely need to work atleast another part time job when I first start out as a trainer because no one gets a full schedule as a trainer right away. It takes time to find clients, etc. Sorry you asked? :p

TG:: Di takes melatonin and swears by it. :)

Lori:: What kind of setting is the childcare in? A daycare?? God Bless you if you can do that! I actually went looking for f/t work in daycare centers when I was first trying to get back to work f/t after being home with DS for a few years. I only did it b/c I had been at the gym babysitting for three years so I figured it was my best shot at a job at that point. I never even got an interview though so I guess my reputation preceeded me! LOL :p Aww gee ty for the compliment!:) Now only if it were that easy!

Di:: Hugs! Hope you feel better soon! Glad you found the Diabetes class helpful. What does DH think? Yes the phone is costly. I almost didn't get it because I was going to be charged $400 for it! I called to ask for my cancellation charge on my contract coz I was thinking of trying to find a better deal with another company and before ya know it, the price of the phone came down. :) A struggle ensued after that to actually GET the phone  but now I have it and it's awesome! Totally worth it!!! You need to get it!!!!!!:D

Ok, been on here way too long! Gotta get off my azz and do something constructive!

BBL!

Heavy weights done - and BOY oh BOY I can tell it has been a while!! my legs were on FIHYA!!!! yikes - and let me tell you - my workout area at home dont have mirrors - working out again in front of mirrors has brought me back into a HARSH disgusting reality of the NEED to get the gut and FAT off my midsection .. the legs and shoulders are still ok .. but the middle part is disgusting  *sigh*

Wendy - NO that was a GREAT review - it sounds like just what I have been looking for .. so I think I am gonna come up w/a rotation of Xtrain/LIS/Combat w/optional A2 workouts thrown in  :D cograts on the interview!! woohoo!

Well...what a waste of time that was! And I think the part the irks me most is that dh passed up a OT shift so I could go to the interview. I don't know when they will make their decision but I'm not taking it. Stating pay is little over $11/hr! Good grief...would cost me more in child care for two boys! As soon as I told DH, I looked at some more jobs on the job bank and we went around with resumes to some better paying jobs.

Baby crawling up my leg....bbl!

Lori:)

Popping back in during lunch . . .

Diana - sorry to hear you have a belly ache but sure hope it was the flying and not the horrid flu bug that Laura gave you ! One of the guys at work logs his carbs due to being diabetic. Is DH on board with all this? Very nice that you are going with him - hope he appreciates it ! Boy our home schedule is packed - 26 games - and it seems like there is one every other day ! Going to be "over hockeyed" by the end of this season. Ugh the Kings . . . do your guys have the same troubles ours do against them? Kinda rival like around here.

Lori - sorry about the interview . . . one thing I always ask when I am doing phone screens for our open positions is how much $ the applicant is looking for so neither of us wastes our time. Perhaps you could inquire about the salary range in future interviews? I haven't changed my eating at all so that is probably why the scale is going down with my "more consistent" workouts. I have started drinking a quart of water on the way to work in the morning to make sure I hydrate and then haven't been eating much junk, mostly protein and veggies but still like my MGD 64 - though only one or two which isn't too bad on the diet !

Wendy - not sorry I asked at all. Wondered what you were up to but good to hear you are working on your PT as you seem like you would be great at it also. Pretty soon this post will be half PT's and the rest of us ? ? ? Well Laura and TG, what will we be? ;) Hope your interview goes well on Friday - what is the position for?

TG - I am another who uses melatonin after a few nights of little sleep. Usually only for one night and I am good to go. However, during the "menopausal" year it was bad no matter what . . . are you at that stage? I swear nothing helped during that phase. I remember going to work without much sleep days on end and having a hard time concentrating. Glad that is over and my sleep patterns are more regular.

Laura - way to bang out the workouts. I was amazed at the sweat from LI HiiT - really liked it ! Make sure to eat some good stuff and you will get there . . . mind over matter . . . and the mirror helps. It pi$$ed me off last week and helped me buckle down !

Well ladies, time to get back to work . . .

Hi Ladies,

Checking in from work. I'm still not feeling well, and have to work tonight from 8-10pm for a deploy.

TG-As mentioned by Jacque and Wendy, melatonin is my go to for sleepless nights. I would just recommend that you take it earlier rather than later. Like you don't want to take it at 3am. I will take it as early as 9pm or 10pm.

Laura-Nice job banging out those w/o's. I'm hoping I feel up to working out tomorrow. So far, my tummy is telling me otherwise. Oh, and I signed up for a membership at my local rec ctr and cancelled the one near my work. I need to make hitting the rec ctr a priority in addition to my normal classes.

Wendy-Are you being productive?

Lori-sorry the job didn't pan out. You definitely have to weigh the cost of paying for daycare if do get a job. I know we paid a ton of money on daycare when all 3 kids were going and I was working on my degree.

Jacque-I find drinking tons of water really helps me drop weight more quickly. Of course I'm not drinking much right now since I feel sick.

bbl

K...now I have some time for personals. Its only 7:45 and I'm debating working out. I got my dvds yesterday...not sure if I mentioned that:).

Laura** I was giggling at you complaining about the mirror...lol. Its nice to see your form but not so much everything else, hey? Im sure you look beautiful!!

Jacque** The salary was stated on the website but now Im wondering if I was interviewed for the job I saw. The job I applied on was for 20 hours. This one was for 25 AND it was 5 hours everyday! So its not as if it was 2 full days a week. I would have had to pay a sitter full time..just not good! Most of the jobs Ive applied on is b/c of the salary.

Wendy** When will you know for sure if they are training you? So exciting! After I left that interview I was more excited about getting my PT business on the go!

Diana** Child care is so expensive. We've been lucky enough to only have to pay part time and hopefully we DH's shift work we can still work it the same. In saying that, I haven't spoken with the girl who is suppose to be watching the baby. I don't know if she is happy with part time or not.

Oh....my business cards came today:D AND my body fat capiliar:D I did DD's and DD did mine. Her's was 16 and mine was 10.5:eek:

BBL!
Lori:)

Not so good morning ladies.

I barely got any sleep last night thanks to DH and his snoring. I freely admit that I will be taking a nap today no matter how much Lori picks on me for it! :p

Today's work out according to the rotation is Combat Legs and Stretch. Thinking of adding a 100 rep challenge to that...biceps perhaps and walking lunges as well. :)

IDK if I mentioned it but I thought the job I am interviewing for tmrw was part time from 10-2pm. Well I looked it up and this actually a full time position from 8:30-5:00pm. I DID apply for a part time file clerk position as well which is why I thought this was it....

Oh and when it rains it pours! I got a SECOND call for an interview y'day but it's not a position I am interested in so I called back and turned it down. THEN I got a THIRD call for a possible job y'day while I was out dropping off my intern p/w from a temp agency I signed up with. I have to call them today about a possible job opportunity!

Lori:: I dropped the p/w off last night to the place I will be interning at. They have to process it before I can start. They are going to run a background check on me and all that happy horse poop. Not sure how long it will take but the mgr I met with will let me know when it's completed. You SHOULD be excited about getting your PT biz off the ground! I know I would be! That's what you really want to do anyway...not watching someone elses bratty kids or some lame office job!

Diana:: Sorry you had to go to work while still feeling icky. Hope you survived ok. I filled out the p/w for the place I am interning for after I got off the PC y'day so yes, I was productive! ;)

Jacque:: I already mentioned it above but the position I am interviewing for is a file clerk. Not exactly sure what that means. LOL I re-read the want ad and it sounds like a mish-mosh of general office duties at a law firm. That's fine with me.

Laura:: Wow, that's going to be some rotation you will end up doing if you throw all of those programs in to it! :D I still haven't tried any of the Asylum work outs! So many work out so little time!

Ok, I think it's time to eat...BBL...after my nap!;):p:cool:

Good Morning:)

Up to early.....And I love how DH goes from "I don't hear anything in the mornings" to sitting up, looking around and being useless. I don't know if he realizes but that just makes me madder. Because not only are you not taking your turn or offering to get up but now you coherent (which you claimed you werent) and don't even have the energy to talk. Instead he looks like he has intentions of actually getting up but he doesn't. I thought that 6 months of having to get up at 5 a.m might have turned him into a morning person but if nothing, he's worse then he was before. He clung to the bed for dear life...drives me crazy!

I never did workout last night! That's what happens when you put it off and put it off. Oh well. I'll have to work extra hard today. Dh is helping someone move and the baby is up early enough to take a early nap. I just don't know which DVD I want it try first!! They all look so good! I should I do the 1RM first. I handy bout know what I can lift.

Wendy** after the job interview yesterday I was waiting for dh to pick me up and I could hear kids screaming...lol...it made me cringe! Lol So I'm standing there thinking "11/hr??? 11/hr????" Some little girl starts screaming and then I'm like "nope, not enough money". It's soooo pointless. It was 5 hours everyday! Not just two full days a week. I would have had to work everyday, most days have to drop the baby off at the sitters for at least 6 hours and probably pay her for the full day and for what? I decided I'm not taking it and I thought about what I was going to say to her when she called. Then I was thinking if she says I didn't get it, it will be like a boyfriend who breaks up with you first when you wanted to break up with them! Lol. "I didn't want your stupid job anyway!" Haha!

I will bbl to report my workout! I feel like I need a good one. This may be a tabata day and weights day!

Lori:)

Morning Ladies,

I'm still feeling under the weather. Wish this nauseous feeling would go away. I have no energy and feel sick to my stomach and my head hurts. I really want to workout today, only weights but have no strength.

Lori-sorry your DH isn't carrying his weight. He just got out of the habit when he was in training I guess. I always got up with the baby when I was on maternity leave. Once I went back to work, my DH got up with them. Now, do you really think your BF is 10.5??? How does it compare to the omron hand held? I'm sure a suitable job will come along soon. Daycare jobs don't pay enough and are far too stressful IMO.

Wendy-Sorry for the poor nights sleep. Thankfully I don't have to deal with that anymore. DH is on a cpap machine=no more snoring. Good luck with the interview tomorrow. Are you okay with a full time job and working on your PT internship? I know the trainers at my rec ctr all have at least 2 jobs, sometimes 3 or more. My favorite trainer works at the rec ctr, a sewing shop (her hobby), and she does the books/billing/receivables etc for her husbands business. Another one is an attorney and she only does the super early morning classes.

Laura-The easiest way to find the BR 30 day challenge is on Lisa-Marie's facebook page. They have a new site, dailyhiit.com but its still in beta and isn't as user friendly as their previous BR site. Although I had to have Wendy tell me how to use the BR site. I actually work on websites and they should be intuitive.

bbl to see what everyone else up to.

THURS

Morning Ladies ..

me and SIL did Tabatacise 1 &2 and then id Bis and Tris - eeeeouch! MY arms are a hurtin' today!!! I should get my COMBAT series today - so we will do the first one tonight :) I am surprised I am not sore from heavy weights .. but so far so good!

Lori - sorry I had to giggle about you fussing about DH - you two have been a part for 6 months - now you are together in a smaller space w/the whole family - YA gotta be an adjustment period for both of you. I know DH works swing shift .. and I get used to doing my usual routine .. and sometimes it seems every time I turn around he is in my way ... LOL .. then I get used to it .. then he gets on another shift n POOF I have to adjust again to him NOT being there!! and ITA w/Wendy .. no way could I do the kiddie watch thing .. UGH .. shoot me now!!!!! LOL ... my VBF owns a nursery .. I dont see how she does it!!!!

Wendy - WOW THREE calls - yes it seems as with everything .. it is feast or famine!!! good luck - hope you get the one you want - did you want full time??? or just part time??? I will report on how we like COMBAT .. I am excited!!

DI - feel better - my tonsil is still hurting!! :( but it sounds like you need to rest and not worry about working out today ...

Jacque - I think your temps are hotter today right??? 78 or so ??? you went from cold to hot - and we are hot to cold!! LOL .. CRAZY WEATHER!!! .. we went from 80 degrees ystdy to 40 today :confused: and I WONDER why I stay sick??????

hello to TG ...

Have a great one!

Hey Girls

Just waiting for the baby to nap, so far he doesn't look sleepy at all:confused: So I will continue drinking my coffee!

Diana** I think your right....day cares don't pay enough. They also required me to do a 6 month course. So you add that, with working 5 hours a day, trying to PT plus do continued education, sounds pretty much impossible. Plus, I'd be doing a course for something I have no interest in whatsoever. I don't really think my BF is 10.5. I know it's low. I took my own ab and thigh measurements again and they were the same as before. When I started taking my tri, I realized I didn't have enough hands. I would think its between the 12-15 range. Everyone else's seemed pretty accurate though. DD is tiny but doesn't do anything so I'd be leaner. DH is a stick and I think his was 11 but he doesn't do anything either. I should do the baby...probably 50%. He a tub of goo. It's the hand held slim guide. It was shown in my books a few times so that's the one I ordered. I didn't think it would be wise to go with a digital one.

Laura** I think I'm going to do tabatize today and maybe super cuts! My friend keeps texting me and telling me she doesn't think I'm going to like the workouts. I don't know why she thinks this and it's annoying me so I need to do one and prove her wrong. She's only started working out the last yr or more. Before that all she did was run. Cathe hasn't put out anything that I haven't like yet. I hardly doubt she's goi g to disappoint this time. Your probably right about DH. A few things have annoyed me but I just go with with flow. That's usually what happens and then I explode

Bbl!
Lori:)

I'm back.

Nap taken and work out done! :)

XTrain 100 rep bicep challenge-upped weight from 10 to 15# and really felt it!
50 body weight walking lunges-kinda whimped out on this one today but I don't want to put myself out of commission by pushing too hard!
Combat Lower Body Lean Out
Combat Stretch and Strength

So I called the temp agency and they have a f/t general office position for me that is temp to hire (perm). Pay starts low but if they hire me permanently I get a $3.33/hr raise! Not a bad deal. I want to give the interview tmrw a shot though. Want to see what it's about before I jump on anything. They might be offering more $...IDK b/c the ad I answered didn't say what the pay would be. So anyway, I told the agency I'd call them back tmrw afternoon...

I also received an email from the woman at the YMCA. She said the p/w should only take a couple of days to process and she will contact me when I'm cleared to start. I'm getting excited but also pretty nervous!

Lori:: All things considered, I don't blame you for not taking that daycare job! You made the right choice! Have fun trying the new Cathes!!!:)

Di:: Oh my gosh you poor thing! Do you have the stomach flu or some other type of bug? Feel better soon! HUGS!!! I would have just gone out to sleep on the couch last night but the throw blanket is in DH's car and I was not going out there in the middle of the night in the cold to get it! IDT DH needs a cpap. I think he just needs a few good elbows to the ribs and he'll shut up! LOL I think I am being too nice!:p I would prefer not to work full time and do my internship but how can I turn down a reasonable offer for full time work right now? Just doesn't seem right even though it's not what I ultimately want to do. Part time office would definitely be better but I kinda gotta take what I can get right now and figure the rest out later. If for no other reason then to keep Unemp off my back! I don't want to have no f/t job and lose my bennies b/c I didn't follow their rules. That would suck! :(

Laura:: As I was telling Di I'd prefer part time work but that isn't going to make Unemp happy so I HAVE to apply for full time positions too even though an office is not where I wanna be 40 hrs per week anymore. I'll just have to suck it up if I get a f/t job offer and work nights/weekends on internship and then as a trainer until I can go f/t with it. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on Combat!!!!:D But silly girl, why would you work arms the same day that you are going to try Combat? You might have DOMS before you even start the work out later!!!

Question for Wendy

I got the COMBAT series in .. woohooohoooooo .. now question: the COMBAT gloves - are they weighted? I didnt get them .. in the manuel it doesnt say if they are weighted?? do you used weighted gloves?

I got the COMBAT series in .. woohooohoooooo .. now question: the COMBAT gloves - are they weighted? I didnt get them .. in the manuel it doesnt say if they are weighted?? do you used weighted gloves?

Yes, the COMBAT gloves are weighted...just under a pound I think. I don't have them but will use Cathe's weighted gloves at 1# each. Sometimes I wear them and sometimes I don't. :)

Good workout today. I think I'm going to enjoy this series. I did bics and tris, then the 100 rep challenge, then tabatize and super cuts. I could have went heavier with the 100 reps if I knew there were breaks, I thought it was continuous.

So I got the job...which I turned down. Then this afternoon I received another call for a interview tomorrow afternoon. Pay is much better:) We will see how that one goes.

Wendy** $3.33 is not a bad raise at all. I might have been able to deal with that if the starting salary wasn't 11;). I'll be quiet about that job now...lol. Maybe I will tell the guy tomorrow that I turned down a job yesterday. Then he might think I'm a hot commodity:eek:

Laura** I had to look and see what these workouts were. You guys will never have enough time to use all the workouts you own. Better off if you were buying lulu :)

I'll bb in the morning. Hoping to get a good workout in before my interview.

Lori:)

Good Morning. :)

Yes, it's actually a GOOD morning because I got SLEEP last night for the first time in DAYS!:D

Good thing too coz I have that interview at 10am!

Today's work out which I will do later is Combat 60. I have one more work out tmrw and then I will have completed 4 weeks of this rotation which is just shy of half way through. I think I will take an active recovery next week and do lots of the yoga I've missed doing lately before moving on to the 2nd half of the rotation. I know y'all wanna join me--all yoga--all the time!;):p

Oh and here's a great one! The phone rang last night while I was cooking dinner. It was a local gym I called about an internship like what..a solid week ago?? I called and left 2 msgs, heard nothing and gave up. Well she called me back last night! Now I have TWO sites to intern at! WooT!:D

Lori:: Right now getting offered $11.00/hr is what I HOPE for! It's bad. Lots of office jobs are barely offering $10.00! This job from the agency starts at $10.00 too. I probably wouldn't even consider it if not for the nice bump if they take you on permanently coz it's a bit of a drive. An easy commute but not right next door either. Chances are good I won't even get paid well when I first start a PT job but there's a lot more potential for future $$ in PT'ing plus I can always go off on my own if I want at some point and then every dime the client pays is MINE! Job market just sucks around here....You are very fortunate to live in an area where things are good. :)

K, time to eat and get ready.

BBL!

TGIF!!!

Hi Ladies,

I'm feeling a bit better today. Not yet 100%, but better. Not sure why the scale is up today since I've been eating basically soup and drinking hot tea. There hasn't been much water in my diet the past few days but hopefully I can drink some today. Neither water or coffee were sitting well with me, but the hot tea was okay.

Today will be Cardio Leg Blast. I'm looking forward to it. I haven't worked out since a week ago Thursday.

Lori-Good Luck at your interview today. You decided to try them all out in one day, you crazy girl! I actually looked at the lulu site for some running capris, $88 is just too much for my budget. What did you think of supercuts? I've only done it once, but really didn't care for it. TTM would've been more fun for me.

Wendy-Good Luck at your interview today too! Are you still hoping to move to a larger house?

Laura-What did you think of your first Combat w/o? I've previewed them and they look super fun.

Jacque & TG-what's on your agenda?

bbl

Good Morning:)

Boy...am I sore today! I was sore last night before I went to bed. My old running partner didn't think I was going to care for the workouts. I told her which one I'd done (which was the same one that she had done) and she wasn't sore after. Guess she didn't go heavy enough. I do like that it flips back and forth, instead of sitting there recovering for the next set. Makes me feel like I'm not wasting anytime.

Today I would like to do chest, back, shoulders and a run, I think. The baby is up early enough that I shouldn't have any problems fitting this in this morning.

Wendy** 11 wouldn't be terrible if I didn't have to pay for child care. Plus the whole issue with the other job being 5 hours everyday! I would have had to work my days around those measly 5 hours plus drop kids off and pick them up...just wouldn't have been worth it. Now today's job is suppose to start at 15.6 and top at 25. If he ask now much I'm hoping to start out at, I'm going to tell him 18:) I would be content with 15.6 but if he ask, I'll just push the envelope a little. There is also commission. It was only posted on the job bank on the 14th. They might be having trouble filling the spot. If I get it, I get to go shopping:). My last job required a uniform. And who knows...he might be interviewing a bunch of people today.

Diana** do you have some kind of stomach bug? I remember looking at lulu and thinking, there's no way I'm paying $100 for that ...now here I am. I love the crops you are talking about. Is it the run inspire? I have 3 pairs of those. The jacket I wanted is on sale today but I can't do it...unless I get a job by the end of the day:eek:. I have to pay for my first aid course tomorrow and my business license is going to be $200 and I need new sneakers. So super cute jackets are out ranked by now. I liked super cuts but it was the 3rd workout so I was starting to run out of energy after tabatasize. It would be a good workout to do with the treadmill mixed in like I do with AB. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of them.

K...I'll bbl. I may not have time before my interview OR I might be back even before I start working out.
