Complete Hi Cardio Work-out

I am looking for a very hi cardio work-out. I have Cathe's Boot-Camp and Kick & punch, but they aren't as hi in cardio as I would like. Any suggestions?
 
MIC, as noted before; this has a real kick-patootie hi/lo segment;

Interval Max 1 and Interval Max 2, for high-cardio step routines;

Circuit Max; the cardio factor is really, really good and it's a melange of hi/lo, kickbox (floor and step) and traditional step;

CTX 10-10-10 (also a melange of kickbox, hi/lo, and step);

Body Max, especially the power-circuit segment.

There's also cardio Kicks. I think it's really more like half hi lo, half kickbox, (as opposed to pure kickbox) and I find it extremely high impact, tough, and it always has me gasping for breath...
