Hi Cathe!
This is a duplicate post -- the original is on "Ask Cathe:"
I've been revisiting Power Hour recently -- boy, that is a fabulous workout. Truly a treasure.
During the shoulder work I was thinking how I'd love to have your entire collection of shoulder routines on one DVD, with a Workout Blender, so I could mix & match a shoulder workout specific to my current needs/rotation.
Often, doing one body part per day, I'll start with, say, MIS, then I'll add on the same body part from Power Hour, or Body Max, or CTX, etc. But how great it would be to have a set of DVDs with volumes divided by body part: Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Chest, Back, each volume including all your exercises for that body part taken from your past series.
I can accomplish the same thing by switching disks, it's true, but it would be so much more efficient and well thought out if I could view all the exercises at once, on a menu, and then select which exercises to do, and which order I'd like to do them.
I thought about this during shoulder work because you've done such a great variety of shoulder exercises in your different series, and sometimes I'd like to add on rotator cuff work, etc., and I just can't remember which disk has the exercise I'm looking for (I have so many!).
Just an idea I wanted to pass along to you.
Have a wonderful day!
Marla
