Hi,
Today was a short walk after the sun went down, it started to cool down but within 10 minutes became so humid so returned home. I also did a zoom yoga class.
I went to the Dr. and he said I could lift weights again
I don't see him for 6 weeks and he said I am doing very good.
Belinda - Great job with CL#497 Upper body, it sounds like you really enjoyed the workout. The Cathe lives are more like the RT workouts
Cookie - Great job with Essentrics. The weather will break here tomorrow it was supposed to tonight but Mother Nature changed her mind

'Evening! Much cooler today! Did a JS Fusion Sculpt. Lately I've been enjoying more Pilates-type workouts.
Deb, congrats on the good news from the doctor. Please be careful,though. You're so consistent with your workouts, and don't seem to have many physical challenges. You are very inspiring.
Belinda, hope the heat wave has broken for you also. When is your next iinfusion?

Today I did zoom dance again. It’s still very hot and humid here.
Debbie - that is great news from your doctor. I’ll bet you can’t wait to get back into weightlifting. Cathe Live is like going to a RT without leaving my house, lol. I really enjoy them. Great job with your walk.

Today was a walk outside, after it cooled off. I also went to the gym and did upper body but I used lighter weights. It felt good to use weights.
Belinda - Great job with zoom dance. Hopefully the humidity and heat will get better for you. Thank you for the well wishes.
Cookie - Great job with JS Fusion Sculpt. During zoom yoga the instructor did Pilates 100. I was thinking that I miss those exercises. Thank you for the well wishes.

Today I did JS TB circuit 1. She started a 4 week challenge. Today was day 1. Not sure If I will follow it for a month? We shall see.
Debbie - great job on your walk and upper body workout. The humidity was so high yesterday in my bedroom upstairs, my AC couldn’t keep up. It was 84 with the AC on It finally cooled down upstairs. The AC is runny fine today. Not sure what happened yesterday.

Belinda - Great job with JS TB circuit. Good that your A/C is running better, the temps were so high I bet lots of people's A/C's are really working this summer.

Belinda, wonder if it was the high consumer demand that decreased your ac's output. I also did JS circuit today. Really like her workouts, she's really developed over time.

Today was a walk outside. I ran some errands later in the day and it became hot and humid again.
Belinda - Great job with JS Pilates Fusion. I am excited for the RT. We are visiting family in Nashville right before the RT.
Cookie - Great job with Pilates and walk. One look at my hair and I knew the humidity was back LOL Dinner was nice.

I will do JS Smith TB Circuit 2 plus a walk today.
Debbie - it was hot and humid here too. My hair looks crazy with so much humidity, lol. Great job on your walk. How fun visiting family right before the RT.
Cookie - great job with Pilates and walk. Yes, I am following her new rotation. I really enjoy her workouts. The workouts are around 30 min. Perfect in hot weather. I can’t imagine how challenging to fit a workout in with company. The Pilates was challenging. Feeling it in my core today. Great job.

'Evening! TB Circuit 2 for me also. Saw the musical Beauty and the Beast and it was very good. The voices some people have are incredible! Not mine - my gift is to not sing Happy Birthday to folks.

Hi,
Today was a short walk outside. I also did some core work. The farmer I go to at the market said she will make a box for me every week. She said she feels bad because some of her stuff sells out very early in the morning. I don't get there too early.
Belinda - Great job with TB Circuit 2 and a walk. Do you go out early for your walk? I find night or mornings are the only thing that is bearable.
Cookie - Great job with TB Circuit 2 too LOL Beauty and the Beast must have been great to see, especially sitting in A/C. I was supposed to make a sauce but it was so hot today just took a tomato sauce from the freezer.

I am up early to get my workout in. I did JS Gentle Yoga: Let It Go Flow = 30 min. I forgot to mention yesterday I got a private restorative yoga session with my very own daughter. She showed me modifications I haven’t seen or done before. DD wants to offer private yoga lessons. She was correcting my posture, making sure I did the poses correctly. I like those one on one lessons.
Debbie - great job on your walk and core. When I go to the famers market I try to go as soon as they open or everything is picked through or out. Way too hot to make sauce. Good idea getting one out of the freezer.

'Evening! Today was yoga and a short walk. Like both of you, I had to go out early before it go too warm. Met up with one of my sisters and some friends for a girls' get together. So nice to catch up with folks and relax. The house it was at has amazing gardens, and my friend does them all herself!
Deb, so smart having the freezer stocked for these hot days. That farmer is very nice. Things here always go first thing at the markets, and it is hard to get there early.

Today was an short early morning walk & short evening walk with each dog LOL. For the most part it wasn't bad a bit humid at night.
Belinda - Great job with JS gentle yoga. It is awesome you get to have a private Yoga session with your dd. It sounds like you both benefit from it. I like when an instructor corrects my form.
