Hey all. Just finished Speed Hammer. Not much else to report. I have been going up to individual teachers in my building and telling them about my intention to run for rep. I am getting a lot of support, and I think I can really win it.

Belinda- the link wouldn't work on my school's internet. The site was blocked. I contacted IT and they said they would look into it but if the contest is not academic, they will probably not allow the link.

Sorry for the short replies lately. Things are little bit busy here these days.

Good morning,

Today I did Stephanie Victorino "The Utimate Body Shaper". I did both workouts since they were only 30 min each circuit style workout. The dvd also had a 10 min bonus ab, that was really good. But she only did the side planks on one side? Weird? Of course, I had to do the side planks on the other side too :) That was anther dvd I had for a few years and never done it:oops: I really liked it!

Kirstin - no problem ) I think you could win too :) Good luck.

Hey guys. Yesterday I had a lot of running around to do and I couldn't get around to doing my workout, so I made it my rest day. Today I did ISO Strength Chisel. It was a tough one for me today. I have 1.5 weeks to go of this program. I am thinking of shelving it and then returning to it when school starts. It is hard to stay motivated and focused when school starts. I think changing it up with this program again, coupled with the fact that these workouts are 30-40 minutes in length will motivate me to keep going and stop me from going into a workout slump. I am also thinking of getting Body Beast. . . although I miss Cathe something fierce at this point.

Belinda- so they would not approve the link for the school internet, but I had interested kids write it down. See if that works.

Welcome back Debbie! Missed you on here.

BB tomorrow. My mom is going to spend the night. My dad is going upstate to help my uncle get his boat ready. Plus, I think he needs a break. My mom started crying today at the thought of my dad leaving. It broke my heart. :(.

Hi,

I did yoga yesterday and did hot yoga today. Hoping to get all the toxins out of my body LOL! I was stronger yesterday and so weak today, I need to get back into it. It was nice to come home to beautiful weather and all everything blooming.

Belinda - Which rotation are you doing? It looks like you are getting a lot of your DVDs done!

Kristin - If I could I would vote for you for rep, too bad the students can't vote! That is so sad about your Mom, but you will have a nice day with her:)

Cookie - I hope the nice weather will help you.

Today I did Michelle Olson Perfect legs, glutes and abs. Perfect gluten and abs is divided into 2 lower body toning segments. I did both. The ab on both were tough.

Hi,

Today I did ICE Metabolic Total Body. I went to the food store today to get some healthy foods for the upcoming week. I get so tired of grilled chicken breasts so picked up some Dr. Praeger's veggie burgers.

I'm so sad about Prince dying:( Purple Rain movie was on TV today and I was watching it, thought I had the dvd but can't find it.

Belinda - I haven't heard of a lot of the dvds you have, you do have some collection. Do you still have VHS workout video's?

Kristin - I hope you had a nice day with your Mom.

Debbie - good job on ICE MTB. Love that workout. Have you tried the 21 Day Fix chicken spice mix? DH and I love the chicken recipe. I love Dr. Praeger's veggie burgers. Very sad about Prince :( Yeap, my dvd collection is huge :p Yes, I sill have VHS's, but my player is broke. Need to get rid off them soon. Some of the ones I have are out of print :) I have a few Kari Anderson Step workout, they are so much fun. Do you still have VHS's?

Hey guys. Sorry I was MIA the last two days. I did my workouts, but I was quite busy with the kids and my mom to actually get to Cathe's website. I am officially starting the final week of Hammer and Chisel tomorrow. I loved the program and even though the scale didn't move much (about five pounds) I love the results. I am more toned, my butt is lifted and my stomach is flatter, not as flat as I'd like it to be, but flatter. I followed the food plan to a T for the first few weeks with an occasional cheat here or there, but then I fell off completely. I feel that the eating plan is way too strict. I need to find a better plan. I definitely still ate more veggies than I usually would, so that is a plus. I just cannot give up bread entirely.

Having my mom Friday and Saturday was nice. I was glad to help my dad out and give him some time on his own. It is a lot of work. I had to help her shower and get dressed. We went to the movies to see The Jungle Book and being in a crowd was very confusing to her (waiting in line for popcorn). She kept telling me she was happy to be with me, so that was good. My younger DS was very helpful too. He helped me make sure she ate her food and give her the medications she needed, which was very sweet.

Anyway, today I did Total Body hammer. Definitely will be buying Body Beast in the future. I really like Sagi. Not sure about Autumn. I have a like/hate thing for her. I really do not like her revealing sports bras, lol. Too much popping out for me, lol.

Belinda- how is Brawler doing these days? Is he adjusting to the shoes?

Deb- welcome back! Looks like you brought the nicer weather back with you. I have a feeling if students could vote, it would be a landslide victory. The more I talk to other teachers though, it may be a landslide anyway, lol.

Hey guys. Off this week for Passover. I just did Chisel Endurance plus Chisel abs and then a 40 minute walk with Baxter. I am taking the boys to the Museum of Modern Art tomorrow. It should be fun. going with a girlfriend from work. We are taking the train into the city and will probably do dinner there as well.

Belinda- high five on your workout!

Hi,

I forgot to check-in yesterday but did a you-tube bikini booty workout yesterday & today was yoga at the gym. It's strange but once we are all in the workout room the door locks so no one can come in (new rule for safety reasons). I actually have mixed feelings, what if the crazy person(s) is in the room & on the flip side what if someone is outside and can't come in because the crazy person is out there:confused:

Belinda - I still have VHS tapes and players but whenever I watch one I can't believe how poor the quality is, at the time never even gave it a thought:) I like your mix-up of workouts. I will google the chicken recipe, thanks!

Kristin - You brought tears to my eyes with your younger ds helping with your Mom (that is priceless). 5lbs is really good & I bet you gained muscle! I think the carbs are a little too light on the program which makes it difficult to follow but do like the visual for measuring. I may go back to it in a couple of weeks just to get the portions back in my head.

Did my workouts this morning. I did XTrain Back,Chest & Shoulder Premix #10 Timesaver (Rounds 1-7) + Core #1...56.04 and Yoga Body Makeover Series : Power Tone with Weights.

Debbie - I don't know how I would feel either? That is weird :( The recipe is in the 21 DF book that you sent me. It's the Smoky Southwestern Seasoning. If you can't find it let me know, I am more than happy to sent it to you :) I season my chicken with it. DH loves it.

Today I did an upper body workout with free weights. I'm so tired today could fall asleep at the computer LOL!

Today I did XTRAIN - All Out Low Impact Hiit = 38:56 min and Bob Harper The Biggest Loser: Power Walk = 4 miles. I forgot to charge my fitbit this morning, didn't give me any steps on XTrain AOLM this morning. I had to add another workout to get my steps, lol.

Debbie - nice job on your workout yesterday.

I did a couple of segments of 30 min. butt lift. I've been on my feet & legs too much this week and they hurt, hoping yoga will stretch them out tomorrow. I been good about preparing my meals this week (fingers crossed).

Belinda - Too funny about having to do another workout because your fit bit didn't record the steps;)

Kristin - Do both of your boy's have off this week too?
