I finished Lowmax intervals 1-4 earlier. I was sweating a lot, felt really good.

Kristin-Great job with MM today. I love that one! I couldn't believe how cold it was this morning when I stepped out of the house to head to work :eek: I had to go dig out my hoodie, it had to be in the 40's.

Cookie-great job on your workouts. How was PUB today? That one leaves me shaking.

Debbie-Great job on your hot yoga class the other day, glad you enjoyed your rest day.

Hi Ladies-

Today was just a quick workout on my spin bike while watching tv. LOL Not sure why, but I haven't been feeling like pulling out all equipment for XTrain lately. I need to stop slacking. DH has been working A LOT lately and it's really screwing my schedule up too. Once his project is over, then it's time for our vacation. About two more weeks to go!

Belinda- I'm glad your yard sale went well! I bet it feels good to be rid of all that stuff.

Cookie- I'm not affected by the drought yet. Great workouts and it sounds like a fun weekend!

Kristin- No worries and thank you! Great job with the workouts. And ooo fall! <3 We've been having a heat wave here. :(

Amelia- Great job with the walks!

Debbie- Awesome job with the hot yoga. Sucks that your dinner out wasn't good! I hate when that happens.

Hi,

I took a hot yoga class today. I held crow just a little bit longer but fell over:oops: There weren't a lot of people in class so instructor helped me do a full wheel (usually it's a 1/2 wheel;)) & my back is hurting:oops: I guess with less than a week from RT shouldn't be pushing it. Also dodging germs around the house gf is sick:confused:

Today we went to dh's godchild's 2nd birthday party, Mickey came but he wasn't very happy!

Belinda - It's strange that people will buy things you wouldn't think will sell. After the holidays I really need to go thru everything. I keep saying I won't buy any more clothes until I get rid of some of my old stuff, just need to stick to it.

Kristin - I say the pictures of your baseball son on fb so cute!! He looks so professional:) It was cool today, a nice start to fall.

Amelia - I thought about you today my SIL had a Mickey cake made with a bunch of cupcakes it came out really cute! Which workout did you pick?

Cookie - We may change plans & DH may come with me (will decide by tomorrow), he as going to drive & pick me up. I do have the room, we can rent a car & he has a friend about an hour away if he is bored. Sangria seems to becoming so popular with different spins on it, I had a sip of my SIL's & it was made with Pomegrante juice & was so good, healthy too LOL!

Morning girls,

TTOTM is really kicking my rear end this morning, im dragging, at least its almost over with. I still managed to pack my lunch for today so I can stay on plan. I also plan on doing something after work, perhaps another cathe workout. I really miss her workouts.

Debbie- Congrats on holding your poses longer in your hot yoga class yesterday. I forget what a wheel pose is but its sounds very challenging. I think about going back to the bakery all the time - but the bakery in the grocery store where I'm at is a hot mess ran by a women I used to be over, so I can't go back there. :(

Jessica-Nice job on your spin bike. We've got about 5 more weeks before we have a little vacation get-a-way to the Tennessee mountains. Can't wait!! Where are you guys going?

Good morning. I dragged my behind up, even though I have major butt DOMS going on, and I did LM premix 1-4. The leg drills killed me, but now my muscles feel a little better if that makes sense at all. Our tenant informed us that they will be staying for another year, so I am happy about that. I told DH that I want to go to a travel agent to see about booking a vacation for April break. He is taking DS to baseball practice, which means I am going to go by myself after work, lol.

Deb- don't get sick now with 4 days left to go!! You must be so excited. I always wanted to try hot yoga. I am assuming you bring your own mat, right? How hot is hot?

Amelia- I see you did LM as well, :D:cool:. Good job getting up and planning your day.

Jessica- I hear you with the equipment. If I am already not in the mood to workout, a workout with lots of equipment to take out and put away doesn't happen. When my DH is away, I end up doing less workouts as well. It is hard when you are juggling everything on your own.

Belinda- maybe the dvds you haven't sold, you can sell on Ebay or facebook even? I bought CB from another Cathlete on FB.

Hello Ladies,

Well, yesterday was really hard. I ended up putting my cat of 16 years down. He had kidney disease and arthritis (which we were managing with medications) but just like THAT he started going downhill: not eating, barely moving off the sofa, etc. yesterday he began to vomit foam and we took him to the animal hospital and the vet diagnosed State 4 Kidney disease and they were failing. He said he'd make it a week at the most and it would be painful. The cat was already in pain-he was crying and he NEVER cried-so I knew it was time. Very hard but the right thing to do.

Now, in other non-pet death news (Sorry-I write comedy what can I say?) ;-) I AM GOING TO EXERCISE TONIGHT THIS IS NOT A DRILL I REPEAT THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Belinda-What did the dentist say?

Kristin/Jessica-Same on if you aren't feeling a workout, the last thing I want is to drag out tons of crap. Those usually become boxing nights...

Amelia-The mountains of Tennessee are GORGEOUS.

Cookie-LOL I had no idea how much went into publishing a book either!! It is like having another job...

Oh-Speaking of that-my first book is coming out in paperback THIS WEEK! I'm so excited! But Connectivity will be available in paperback from amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com. YAHOOO!!

Shall report back after the workout THAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN.

Belinda, bet it feels good to have so many things gone. I love that feeling of getting things out. Only wish I could remember that feeling before I buy!
Amelia, I go thru phases of doing a type of exercise and then get tired of it. Do you still have your total gym? Why do you think of going back to the bakery? It was freezing here this morning.
Kristin, you are so good w/getting your wo in with so many other things going on. An April break vacation would be wonderful. Where are you thinking of going?
Jessica, do you have Cathe's spin workouts? We loaned our spin bike to one of our sons and I regret it. I should ask for it back, but then I would really have to use it. Her spin dvds are tough!
Wendy, I'm so sorry. Having had to make that hard decision a few times, I understand. Your first paperback - congratulations! Did you get that workout in?
Deb, I think my dh would love the opportunity to meet Cathe in person. Would yours? He mutters about her when doing PUB, and it's pretty funny. She's definitely impressive. Hope you don't get sick, esp before the rt!
Did a JS walk today. Yesterday did KM and a 5 mile hike. Feel it a bit in my quads, which is good. Strange how we like dome. Still haven't looked at previews but am thinking of keeping the order. Perhaps I can do most of it on the rebounder. After all these years, I'm not ready for the separation!

Hi,

I didn't workout today, took an Alleve and my back still wasn't 100% so I don't want to push it. I still have a bunch of things to do but winding down with work. It works out good for me because most of my shipments are the end of October so will be busiest last week of October.

Belinda - I hope the dentist helped you today. Great job getting your workouts in today!

Kristin - I do power (vinyasa) yoga and the temp is around 90-95 degrees. The other hot yoga which is over 100 degrees is called Bikram (which I have never done) is about 10 set poses which you hold and pretty much doesn't change. You do bring your own mat & most people use a towel on top so you don't slide. I saw that you & Amelia did LM, that is one of my favorites for legs.

Amelia - Sometimes making my lunch is such a challenge . . . wish I had someone to make it for me;). So kudos for that!

Wendy - So sorry about your cat:( such a hard thing to do. Congratulations on your book!

Cookie - I think DH will like meeting Cathe. Just hope he doesn't correct my form in front of the class:p Sometimes when he passing by when I'm working out I'll see him looking back & forth at Cathe and me to make sure I'm doing the same thing! A 5 mile hike sounds awesome have the trees started turning near you?

Good morning,

Saw my dentist yesterday , he took an X-ray on my tooth. I have a 2 damaged nerves when my dentist did the crown a few weeks ago. I am back on antibiotics for 10 day's, if that doesn't do the trick I have to see a specialist for the damaged nerve . I still can't eat anything on that site. It hurts like hell!

Cookie - I hear you on the buying, lol! I been doing really good not buying so much only what I need. It does feel good to get rid of things that sitting around. My garage is looking empty compared when we moved in. Remember we had a house in Texas and Germany. I got rid and let go of a lot of stuff.

Debbie - glad you are not pushing it with your back. Rest! Hope you feel better soon. You wouldn't believe what people buy in a yard sale, lol. My trash is someones treasure, lol.

Wendy - I am so sorry for your loss. They like are kids ((((HUGS)))

Kirstin - that's good news about your tenant. I think I will list my dvd's on FB.

Jessica- I hear you with the equipment. I don't like a lot of equipment anymore, takes up to much space. I have the space, but I try to down size.

Amelia - how is your brother doing?

I just did a 20 min Cathe circuit wo with DH, didn't wanted to kill him:D he hasn't worked out in over 2 month. His back went out.

I just saw Yoga Cross Training with Travis Eliot- Udaya yoga on youtube. I am so gonna do this one soon.
I love this channel.


Off to get my other workouts in.

Cookie-I'm getting really excited about this preorder now. Cathe is really brilliant at Low Impact HIIT so I'm most excited about that one.

Belinda, you will love Travis! His Ultimate Yogi is really, really good. I just love his workouts. Sorry your tooth is so painful. You certainly have not had an easy time with dental issues. Hope dh is doing better. What wo was it? My dh would never do her cardio - it would be the end of him.
Amelia, I was also wondering how your brother is doing. It's been cold here in the mornings. We had to put our heavy Mexican blanket on the bed, it's been so cold already.
Kristin, that's a relief about your tenant. Great news. Did you come home with a lot of enticing vacation brochures?
Jessica, glad you aren't affected by the drought. I'm sure you are excited about your vacation. Do you often take your dogs with you?
Wendy, Cathe is great at low impact, and so I'm going to keep the preorder. I did KPC the other day and doing her workouts always make me feel so accomplished afterwards. I haven't kept up w/the release info. Any further info on release date?
Deb, hope you're feeling okay and not getting the gf's cold. Did you dh decide to accompany you? Wonder if there's space so he could take a class.
I'm sitting here yawning like it is 2 am! Well, I guess it is somewhere. Did TB this morning. The leaves are simply gorgeous but of course the allergens are out in full force. Have big presentations tomorrow and Thursday, so may have to take tomorrow as a rest day in order to do last minute things.

My back was better today but didn't chance working out. I will do something tomorrow just to make sure wouldn't want to be hobbling out of the class or worse laying on the floor in the back of the class:eek: When I sleep it hurts a lot . . . well won't be getting much of that this weekend:)

I booked DH's flight & a car. The car rental was expensive this time but managed to find 2 companies that were 1/2 the price of the others.

Belinda - You'll love Travis's yoga. Your tooth is giving you so many problems but at least they now know what it is.

Wendy - Great job getting your workout in . . . now I am falling behind;)

Cookie - It looks like the germs have left! DH is coming just hope he isn't bored, like you he could use the rest:) I always forget about Fall allergies I usually associate them with the growing season.

I will do SBF Tabata = 40 min and Legs 2 = 20 min. I also did Yogalates yesterday.

Cookie - I was excited to see Travis on youtube. I may give it a whirl today. I am back on stronger antibiotics. Hopefully it will do the trick. Once in awhile DH throws his back out, he needs to take it easy. He is doing much better. We did like a homemade circuit using Cathe's LIS UB sculpt, mixed in our own cardio. My husband will and can't do step, lol. Can't believe you did a UB wo with so little sleep. My DH is up since 2 a.m too? I was sleeping like a baby.

Debbie - I am getting a little tired of my tooth. It's the same one that broke last year. I am really glad he took a x - ray on that tooth. I can't wait to try Travis. Please, take it easy on your back. I made the mistake jumping right in with my workouts, made everything worst. Your workouts can wait. Hope you feel better soon. Sorry about the car rental, they are expensive.

Hi everyone. Yesterday ended up being a rest day. I did walk Baxter for at least 45 minutes last night though. Today I tried to wake up early, but I just couldn't. Instead, I came home, did the homework with the boys, took the dog for a walk and play date with the boxer next door, which exhausted him and then I did FlexTrain. I am glad I got the workout in. After dinner I am taking Baxter to his agility class. He should be good and tired for the next day, lol.

Belinda- YIKES on the nerve damage!!! :eek: I cannot imagine how painful that must be for you. I hope you are feeling better.

Deb- I hope your back is better for this weekend. One more day! Are you excited to go? I wish I could go!

Wendy- Nice job with Xtrain weights. I am going to start doing split workouts again in November. I have been liking the total body weights I have been doing the last few weeks. I think I need to get ready for the new series though.

Cookie- forget the cruise. SOOOOOO much money the week school is out. :eek::confused::mad::(. Maybe next year.

Amelia, going to Tennessee will be fabulous. Have you been there before? We went to the Great Smokeys a couple of times, Nashville and Memphis other times.
Kristin, wow, doing all that after working is impressive. How was agility? I've seen a few of the events and they're amazing.
Flex Train after work tho is might amazing also.
Jessica, almost time for your vacation. Congrats on being down 4 lbs! I saw it on your banner.
Wendy, sounds like you mostly do Cathe and KCM - is that right? How are KCM's newer workouts different from some of her older ones (kick box, intervals, etc)?
Deb, hope your back is okay. That's really nice your dh is going t accompany you. Will he be able to take a class as well? The leaves on the ground get moldy at this time of year, and that just really drives my allergies crazy.
So I just got in and wanted to post. Not that I have a workout done, but to say hi to my friends! Today was a rest day, but tomorrow will be a workout w/intervals!

Monday was leg day and yesterday was just a short treadmill workout. Having TOM this week, so nothing but eating is appealing. LOL I'm taking a rest day tonight.

Cookie- Thanks for the congrats, those 4 lbs were lost weeks ago, but haven't lost since. LOL How are you feeling?

Kristin- Great job with Flextrain and the walks. You sound like a wonderful mother! Both to the fur children and the human ones! :)

Wendy- Oh so sorry about your cat. :( :(

Belinda- Ouch, your dental visit stories make me wince! Great workouts as always.
