Good Morning Ladies

I know it's crappy weather out...just havent bothered to look out there yet. :confused: Figures today I'm going in at 5:30.......*sigh* I think I'm only going to work until 1 today....there's no way I'm staying until 6 p.m. , even if DB is going to be there! :eek:
I will do Bi's/Tri's/Abs at the gym today.....and probably a walk...my legs are sore from yesterday's w/o.....

Belinda- yeahhh...definitley TGIF :) I only have Step Jam on VHS....and my player has Leaner Legs stuck in it...lol

Deb- How was your workout?? Did it help the crankiness?? ;)

Kristin- Great workout!! I loved Meso 2 as well!

Trish- Hopefully you can catch up on some sleep this weekend! DB is getting brownie points, yes he is. lol.

Lori- I have a hard time keeping up with me...LOL :eek::rolleyes: Definitely, boot her to 6:45! My mom just turned 56.

Amelia- So how are you liking this Burn rotation so far?? Is it challenging in a different way from Cathe?

Helene- How was your long day??? How are you feeling?

Melissa-When do you find out about your exams??? You're losing way too much sleep over these ! lol. Yes I play french horn....have for years and years. My degree is actually in music.....lol.

Ok ladies.....gonna get changed, brush my teeth, warm up the car and stumble my way to the gym to meet a couple of guys for their weigh-ins for our March "challenge"...... BBL!
Thank god DC has a shower in his office.....it's nice to be able to take advantage of that on days like today.
Ughhh...which reminds me, he comes back next week...

Good Morning!

Another early morning but today the client came to my house so I didn't have to leave. I went to bed late but slept really well. When my alarm went off I was in the middle of a dream, involving my high school teacher. Not sure how she came into the picture.

Not sure if I came back to report my workout yesterday. I did 5 miles on the TM and 10 mins on the bike...and abs. Today my plan is cardio and either all of HR's or just the UB. Tomorrow is gonna be a crazy day so I may be better off doing all of the weights now and just having cardio and abs on the agenda for tomorrow.

I can't beleive my week off is coming to an end:confused: I thought a week off would make me wanna go back and give me a nice break....but I don't wanna go back yet! LOL

Belinda** Nice workout yesterday! I can't believe you pulled out such a old workout. Some of those workouts are still good...I just can't bring myself to do them. I remember doing "How to get in shape for your wedding" one time and I was sore. That wasn't yesterday though! LOL

Kristin** I love DOMS too and no one understands that only a exerciser. I know its not the only indication that you had a good workout...but it is a good one! Sounds like you had fun bowling with the kids. When does DH come home?

Melissa** I am sure you did great on your exam. I didn't do much reading the last 2 days. Its amazing how time gets away from me....or the fact that I can find other things to do. This chapter is pretty boring but short. So my plan for today is to read a paragraph, then do something else. That way I won't get bored and what I am reading may actually sink in. I wanna get this chapter done this weekend.

Deb** Hope work isn't to crazy for you.

Iris** Ah...I hear ya! I really need to get atleast one good nights sleep this weekend! And I doubt that will happen tomorrow night. So...I may call it a early night tonight. I when send DH out to do something....LOL

Trish** Nice workout yesterday!

Ok...I think that catches me up. I was gonna go back to bed after my client left, if DS was still asleep but he is up and at 'um...so I am gonna sip a little more coffee and then get this workout started!

Belinda, where are you and your dd doing the 3-day challenge? I wanted to do it a few yrs ago with my mom, but then she had a car accident and injured both knees. No long walks for her. What a great experience to share together.
Amelia, isn't a considerate manager such a wonderful thing?! I miss Cathe when I don't do her also. How are the Chalene workouts?
Deb, I get cranky if I don't exercise for a few days. Think it must just reduce my stress level and otherwise it builds up. Short months always back me up even more in getting paperwork in on time.
Trish, wow, you are rocking the workouts. I'm still trying to catch up on lost sleep this week. Went for Chinese the other night and drank a few cups of tea, and it must have had a lot of caffeine in it cause we all only slept about three hours, and this was on top of being awake from 2 on that morning.
Melissa, hope you made it thru the rest of your long day ok. Bet you were relieved the tests are over for now. ^5 on the jeans fitting loose.
Kristin, bet it was so cute watching the minibowling. The belly is my marker also. Hope dh made it home okay.
Lori, that's strange about your trainee. Plus, why do you drop off her dd? Wonder if she likes to clean and get dinner started before she leaves for work. Are you getting your towels ready for weekend partying?
Yesterday only did sts ccc. Today will have to do b&g left over from yesterday plus 4ds HIS. Supposed to go to a dinner party this evening, but not if we can't get out.

Hey Girls,

About to get in the shower......thought I would check in with my workout first though.

I started it early, therefore its only 10:30 and I am done. I did LIC abs first, then I did HR UB, then HR abs (just because:)), then 45 mins on the TM, then 15 mins on the bike, then HR LB. Now I'm done!:) Would anyone like for me to go back to the basement and do more? I did think about doing the circuit work in LIC but if I have no DOMS tomorrow, then I may do that mixed in with a run.

Cookie** She drops her daughter off at the bus stop b/c she lives on a new st and the bus doesn't go there yet (probably no where to turn around) So when I finished with her at 7:45, I drop her daughter off. Her DH works away so she has to do most of this on her own. I think she is just a slow moving person. I like to get up and get it done, while I think she likes to think about doing something and does it at the rate of a turtle. This is probably why she needs 2 hours to get ready for work. NO TOWELS THIS WEEKEND! That I can promise every single one of you ladies! LOL

Hi all! today's workout is up in the air right now. Don't know if I will do D21, which is supposed to happen today, but I did D20 yesterday, or cardio or both (very ambitious thought).

This week flew by. It si pouring rain out today, but I'll take it. Better rain than snow, right ;).

Lori- WOW! Now that is a workout!!!! My legs are starting to feel the DOMS from yesterday ;)

Cookie-Mini bowling was so cute. The best part was how cheap it was. DH is home safe. :)

Iris- I think it is so cool that you can workout while at work, lol. Are you three weeks away from the comp. now?

Belinda- how was D18? I am getting nervous looking at the weight selections for next week :eek:

Morning ladies,

The weather today is the pits. Had a hard time dragging myself out of the house this morning. I didn't even try to make the train:eek:..LOL! I did LIC this morning minus the ab work since I worked abs yesterday. Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and maybe a little nap in the afternoon;) It's a shame when the highlight of your Saturday is a *possible* nap in the afternoon...where's my geritol??!?:eek:

Cookie - Wow, glad you are working from home with the little sleep you are getting. Maybe you can sneak in a nap during your lunch hour. That's what I always do the few times I get to work from home;)

Hello All, today's workout was lowmax step combos only...im doing some cleaning too. I really need to finish painting the kitchen but who wants to paint on there day off?;):p...

Sorry, I forgot to post my workout, I did my workout right after I posted this morning:confused: I also did the extended stretch, love that one! I also talked the dogs for 45 min, we had sunshine:eek: And did some cleaning max:rolleyes: I need a maid:D

Hey ladies, quick check in for me before I head off to my Jameson tasting. I love Jameson!!! ;)

Just did STS Legs and Med Ball abs. Med ball abs are my favorite of the ab circuits, although that opinion seems to change every now and then lol! I also lost 2 pounds this week, WOOHOO!!!

BBL for personals. Have a great day and stay dry! It's nasty out there.

challenging day here. But it FRIDAY :eek:

Lot's of heavy snow, and I will count that as a third wo. Did 4DS LIS (double the last section with everything together) and Disc 9 (without the leg drills though). And snow blow max of course.

Will try and BBL.
 
Hi all. Just coming in to report that I did my workout, D21 plus pilates inspired abs. I am really glad I got the ab circuits dvd because I love the workouts on it so much. No cardio for today though. I might just do Intensity tomorrow to make up for it ;).

Melissa- that run looks like fun. I might be interested ;). We shall see. You said it was 25 minutes from the city, more towards you?

Helene- MORE SNOW!?!?!? Oh dear Lord when will it end? Nice workouts today :)

Amelia- nice job with low max. I like the step combos on that one. Paint? on your day off? Nah!

Trish- I survived this round, lol. Slept like a baby last night ;) I hear you on the weather, very depressing. It is the kind of day to stay in bed and watch old movies. If only!
