'Morning!
Belinda, you are a machine with getting so many workouts in. I've surprised myself by preferring the downloads! What I especially like is how using that Purple platform, they are not taking up storage on my laptop. Bet it is a lovely tabletop.
Jessica, how's your dad doing? Is this the weekend for the tree? Someone asked me yesterday, and I replied as soon as I can figure out what I'm going to do next!
Wendy, you are really getting in those upper body workouts. Was that the Dallas Cowboys cheerleader workout? I think you sent your cold over this way. Yesterday, I didn't get any workout in and hardly any steps. My sinuses are so stuffed up, my head feels like cotton, BUT at least I'm not coughing up a lung.
Deb, my fav dog is sitting right next to my chair just reminding me that his belly needs rubbing. A few minutes ago, the littlest one started barking. It's not that she wanted to go out, no she wanted me to go open the door so the third dog can go out, so the littlest one can run over and claim that dog's chew toy. Were you running around in the city yesterday.
My presentation went over very well, and so glad to have the weekend. Went to Capitol Steps, a political satire show, last night, and today's workout is moving everything out of the boys's former bedrooms in preparation for painting and new rugs. It will also be a good opportunity to declutter those rooms more. Depending on my sinuses, I'lll either try hard strikes or possibly zero to 60, one I haven't done in a bit but really like.

Good morning,

After my coffee I will do XTrain Legs and SBF Int. UB + Core = 18 min + Vintage Stop Watch Planks = 17 min and Jessica's Strictly Strength = 20 min. I have DOMS in my Triceps. I posted the website of the restaurant, did you see it?

Cookie - I am trying not to gain weight turning the holiday's :D Can't walk the dogs, it's raining. I have workouts on the Purple platform, I need to play around with that site. Have fun painting and going through stuff. I am always de cluttering,

Hallo again,

I am done with all my workouts. I liked XTrain legs and the music.I did do the 80 min one, I did the 56 min one. The floor portion I just did yesterday in barre:D My Glutes are on fire right now. It's also a good travel workout, you really don't need the stability ball, JMO!

I am done for today. Maybe I do a nice stretch later this evening. Feeling my legs already. Just worked them yesterday.

Yesterday I did some upper body workout with free weights. Today I was finishing up some Christmas shopping online & decorating in between:) I feel like I'm getting run down so I'm hoping to catch up on sleep. It could be the weather rainy & damp!

Belinda - The restaurant looks so pretty. I really like xtrain legs & I'm sure you will feel it for days!

Kristin - Guessing you busy with the holidays.

Amelia - Do you have more hours this time of year?

Wendy - I would take it easy because otherwise you will have DOMS.

Cookie - My in-laws & ds are coming to my house for dinner tomorrow so we may have 3 dogs begging for food:) I hope you feel better this weekend.

Deb, oh yes, I'll bet those dogs are happy to be going to your house. Enjoy the family, and I hope you're not coming down with something.
My sinuses didn't want jumping around doing Hard Strikes, and the freezing rain precludes me from walking, but I managed to get over 10K just moving things from the boys's rooms out into other rooms, and painted one bedroom. Also got in 48 flights of stairs. Have to finish moving stuff today, and hopefully more painting. Plus the usual grocery shopping, food prep for week, laundry, and vacuuming. The temps are only supposed to be in the 20s here, so not sure about walking. It's definitely to icy for hiking.

After my coffee I will do XTrain All Out Low Impact Premix #1 = 49 min and SBF xmas stretch = 30 min.

Cookie - the place is so beautiful and the food is delicious. The area we live is gorgeous. What color are you painting the room? I didn't get my 10K steps in yesterday, lol. Sorry about your sinus.

Debbie - good for you getting your xmas decorations done. I need to start eventually:D

Hi girls,

XTrain All Out Low Impact = 39 min and stretch is done. I didn't do the AOLI premix#1 w/abs, I already worked my abs yesterday. There wasn't anything new in that one but it was a lot of fun, loved the music.

Off to the shower than take the dogs for a nice walk.

Hi all. Well, I had three rest days, not my intention. Thursday was Parent/TEacher Conferences. By the time I got home, I was spent. Friday I was still recovering, but we went out and got our tree (even in the rain). I promised my boys that Friday was the day and they held me to it, lol. Saturday I spent the day doing laundry and decorating the tree and house. Again, felt too tired to do anything else. Today to make up for it I did two workouts: Xtrain Burn Sets (chest, back and shoulders) and TTM no 30/20 hiit premix. I burned a lot of calories and sweat buckets. I also walked my crazy dog in this cold, windy weather. He needed to get out after all the rain.

I was lurking in the other forum, and I am so jealous that some people got the RWH already! I cannot wait to get mine and start it. I looked at the User's Guide that is up and there are so many 30 day rotations. I am thinking of doing the first rotation and then the Low Impact with RWH and then Xtrain. . . so much to choose from. . .

Belinda- I love the music in All Out. I feel the workout goes so fast on that one.

Cookie- I have two weeks left to go before Christmas vacation and I just cannot wait. I haven't even started shopping yet!

Deb- I think the weather combined with the late night Thursday is what wiped me out. Even though it was freezing out this morning, it was nice to walk Baxter in the sun! I haven't even started shopping yet. I have to wait until Friday when I get paid. I am anxious to get started though.

Hi,

I'm exhausted today I did so much around the house, I just want to crawl into bed tonight;) It was nice having my in-laws over, they haven't been here in a few years because they don't like to leave their house. I guess the next 2 weeks will be tough for workouts but will try and figure it out.

Belinda - The music was good in X-trains. I hope the temps were warmer by you because it was so cold here today:)

Kristin - You must be looking forward to Christmas break! Is it longer this year because of the way the holiday falls?

Cookie - Wow, you are doing so much work right before the holidays that must be tough. I'm sure it will look great when you are done.

I will do XTrain Burn Set (CBS) = 51 min + SBF Cardio Barre 2 = 30 min and Adv. Supported Barre = 15 min and Jessica Smith 15 min Kettlebell Cardio Strength.

Cookie - are you done painting?

Kirstin - you sure caught up on your missed workouts. WTG! I agree, All Out went by fast.

Debbie - so far I like the music in XTrain:D It was very cold outside, but the dogs needed to be walked. Glad you having fun with your in laws. Do shorter workouts, if you short on time.

I am done with ALL my workouts. I love XTrain Burn Set (CBS). Again loved the music in that one too.What is the song when we stretched?:D I heard it a few times last week too. Cathe uses that one for stretching?

I am going to DC this afternoon. DH and DS/Fiancé are going to watch a game this evening. I am not interested:( I will be spending time with Aleisa instead:p

STAND BACK I WORKED OUT YESTERDAY!

Kelly's Start Here Cardio. It felt great, but I definitely need to rebuild my cardio/strength. But back in the game and couldn't be happier!

Belinda-Woman, you are a workout MACHINE.

Debbie-I did a lot of cleaning and errands on Saturday and I was wiped out! It is crazy how much of an energy suck that can be...

Hey everyone. Just finished a short workout. I did All out, floor and discs plus core 1 premix. I just couldn't bring myself to bring my step downstairs, lol. Is that lazy or what? It was snowing on my way home, not any accumulation, but enough to make me cringe, lol.

Wendy- your opening line cracked me up. Congrats on getting your workout in :). I agree cleaning is a huge energy suck for me. Can't wait for RWH, I thought mine might come today, but no luck.

Belinda- I like the music in BS as well. I love it when Don't Stop Believin' comes on. I always wonder if she did that for Cindy (from road trips). I think that's one of her favorite songs.

Deb- I have two weeks off and cannot wait for it to get here, lol. My cousin is going to stay with us. He is coming from Florida and he is bringing his baby and girlfriend (soon to be fiancé, he plans on proposing to her in the city). I cannot wait!

Cookie- Did I tell you I had a number of parents tell me that they want to opt their kids out of the tests this year? I am worried what this will mean for my score.

My throat is so sore, not all out sick yet taking lots of Vitamin C & crossing my fingers! I went out with my SILs and a friend for Christmas and had a lot of laughs. No workout I'm going to take it easy because I really can't spend the day in bed, but would really love to:)

I walked my sons dog today, not sure how you girls do it the cold went right thru me!

Belinda - I'm sure shopping is part of your day with Aleisa;)

Kristin - You'll have to tell us all about the proposal it sounds interesting! My DVDs arrived today, but not sure when I can open them:( I will do the weight workouts 1st.

Wendy - I'll be counting the days till I can get on a regular workout schedule. I hope I didn't catch your cold.

Cookie - I hope your not getting too much snow.

Belinda, so, did you go shopping? We're supposed to get about 7 inches of snow here today. Not looking forward to it. Did you see JS has 50% off her downloads?
Kristin, I think the backlash against testing will be larger this year. Have you noticed there's not much talk about PARCC? Can you imagine the public reaction to those tests? Great job on getting in your workouts. Sometimes, you just need those rest days.
Wendy, wow, congratulations! We knew you would get back in the game with a bang. How are you feeling?
Deb, oh no. Hope your throat is better. It's like you have a dog by proxy. Wow, that's a long time for your in-laws to have not been over. I'm hoping that the carpeting comes and gets installed, and we can move everything back into a sense of order before the kids come for Christmas. Not sure what we'll do if it doesn't get done!
Been awake for a few hours and now need to rush (!) to get my workout in. Anticipate getting the new Cathe's today. Looking forward and anxious about the impact - all at the same time!

I am still in DC, having my coffee. Aleisa and I went shopping and went out to dinner:D We did split a meal, the portions are huge here in the US:p

Cookie - we went shopping in LOFT. I bought 2 T-shirts, they really pretty. We also went to World Market. That's it. Aleisa is coming down with something, she wasn't feeling well. Yes, I saw JS 50% on her downloads. Wished I known last week, I bought all her dvd she had on sale on Amazon.

Debbie - I hope you are not getting sick. Take care! Glad you had fun. Shopping is always a part of a day. We love shopping.

Kirstin - who is Cindy? Good job on AOLI and no you are not lazy! Snow, hah? We suppose to get some too. Arrr…

We left DC very early this morning. I did my workout later in the afternoon, wasn't feeling to well:mad: Alesia was very sick yesterday??? Hope the didn't catch whatever she is having.

I did XTrain Cardio Leg Blast and SBF UB. I really liked Cardio Leg Blast much better today. It's a lot of fun and I hardly modified. I had to modify a few exercises. So far, I really like XTrain:D

Hi everyone. So I thought for sure my RWH would come today. After all I live in NY, closer to NJ than say Hawaii, and yet people in Hawaii got theirs and I didn't :mad::(. It has to be here tomorrow, right? Fingers crossed. Anyway, I was loosely following Cathe's December rotation, but I just didn't feel like doing AS today, so I did HS instead. I felt the need to throw punches, lol.

Belinda- I made a mistake. Her name is not Cindy. I meant Cynthia, the one who takes to photos. Hope you are not getting sick. Nice job with CLB, it grows on you that workout, lol.

Cookie- PARCC is going to be a whole other issue when it comes out. I cannot wait to be on the other end of this test crazed pendulum. It has to eventually swing the other way, right? It hasn't gotten so insane. They are taking written tests in gym for $%$^%^# sake.

Deb- it's not easy walking Baxter in the winter. He just gets soooooo crazy if he doesn't get walked though. Not worth not doing it, lol. Hope you aren't getting sick too! When my RWH comes I think I am going to do Upper Body Circuit first. That one intrigues me the most. I am terrified of PLYO hiit, lol.

Okay, I have to pay bills and type up a new test. BB tomorrow, hopefully with my new workouts!

I am coming down with something up all night with a sore throat & tossing and turning. I think it will be a mild cold because starting to feel a little better took lots of vitamin C & oranges:)

Belinda - Sounds like you had fun. So many people are getting sick:(, I hope Aleisa feels better.

Kristin - I'm hoping you do the workouts 1st and let me know:)

Cookie - We didn't get too much rain but suddenly we are seeing water in the basement. We didn't even see any after the hurricanes!

Kristin, it is crazy. Plus the documentation for the observation! Honestly, I think if more admins had been consistently going in classrooms in the past, we wouldn't have this mess now. I also often wondered if that music selection was for Cindy. Once our newest dog got to about 21 months, she really mellowed out. Now, my husband keeps remarking on what a great dog she is. TG, he's not remembering what a nutcase she was earlier.
Wendy, have you completely finished the chiit rotation (coughing hiit), b/c it sounds like Deb has started it for December.
Where's Amelia? and Jessica?
Deb, oh no. Hope you have a quick recovery. Will you be able to rest today and/or tomorrow? That's strange that now you have water in the basement but didn't after Sandy.
RWH came last night and this morning, I started looking at rotations, but think I'm going to continue w/a mix of Cathe's Dec and JS's for this month, and start a different rotation next month. Not sure I'm ready for some of these.
