Hi everyone. Yesterday was a rest day for me. Today I did AB premix (single intervals 1-10) and then I added CF, blue band tabata premix. My legs are fried, lol. I also walked Baxter for 40 minutes today. Tomorrow is DS's basketball game, and then my neighbor is having a ladies' night party at her house and she invited me, so I am going to that. I am thinking tomorrow will be another rest day, but I am ok with it, because I will have worked out five days this week and the workouts were pretty intense. Saturday will be a total body workout and then Sunday will be a longer cardio day.
Next week is my last week of school before Christmas break. It cannot get here fast enough, lol. I need a break in the worst way.
Deb- they are calling for 2-6 inches of snow this weekend. DH is taking off for the conferences as well so we are planning on power shopping that day. We may go out for breakfast too. We will see.
Belinda- I hope you are feeling better.
Cookie- I am so with you on needing the break. It has been a crazy, tiring year so far.
Amelia- how are you doing? Did you get a workout in the other day?
