Today is our 7th wedding anniversary. Geez...where does the time go? No plans though. I have to work tonight so Im guessing we will do something at a later date.

Im not sure what todays workout will be. I have a new pair of cross trainers and I want to try them out. But the sun WAS shining so I thought about going for a run. Probably wouldn't be wise though after yesterdays run. The sun is gone in now so I don't feel obligated to go outside;)

Belinda** You asked yesterday how DH's uncle was, he isn't to good. My inlaws were in to see him this weekend and although they say he was better Sat then he was Fri and better Sun then he was Sat....he still didn't get out of bed either day. He can't move very much, he just gets to tired. I know my MIL knows that he is going to die but for some reason I think they think there is going to be a miracle. Which I guess is possible, but why live in denial? Have fun with your workout!

Im not sure if you guys remember the girl that is living with us?? She as been here since May month but went away in Aug b/c she had skin cancer on her nose. Well, 3 surgeries later and she is coming home on Wed. I am looking forward to it. I think she probably looks good b/c she isn't he optimpistic kind and she sounds happy. She does have to go back to Toronto for 2 more surgeries though with the next yr.

Anyway....i will BBL! No plans here today! Im thinking about doing housework but that may be to ambitious with a baby in the house!

Good morning ladies,

It has been raining over here last night but I think it stopped now. I love it if it rains at night. Anyway, today's workout will be one of the 4DS workouts, haven't decided which one yet.

Hi again,

I am done with my BFL LB workout! I love working my legs on my squat rack + leg curls/ extensions! I am really working my legs hard! Plus I did calves raises from the 4DS + stretch! That is it for today!

Iris** have a blast with DM Total Body premix today!

Kristine** it’s raining in Germany too! LOL! And all day long, I hate it! I need sunshine really soon! LOL! Enjoy your 4DS workout today! I just love the 4DS!

Sounds like everyone as some good workouts planned and done:) Thats my girls:)

I just finished my workout and it was a mish mosh of everything. I did CTX UB, going heavy with the weights. The 4DSKB, and then 4 seg of DM premix cardio and UB. What a weird workout hey? Tomorrow will just be a straight run outside.

Sorry, I've been MIA; life has been hectic. Sometimes I just wish I could slow down that treadmill of life a little. At least it hasn't been a lot of hills lately.

Lori, Happy Anniversary! Hope you have a little quiet time together. Didn't know that your boarder was away for a while. My brother has had two bouts of skin cancer, and his area does not look pretty at all. His is on the neck/ear area. Glad you're feeling better.

Belinda, did you do 90 lbs today?!! How were your legs after the 85 last week? That's was very iimpressive weights there.

Kristine, did you go for a 4DS workout? Guess I'm the odd one out, didn't do one of the 4DS. Is your laptop still working well? What was the problem before?

Cheryl, geesh, did you have to point out that everyone was doing 4ds when I didn't? LOL. Sorry to ruin the streak. I'll try to cooperate in the future.

Iris, how are you doing? I did that workout a couple of weeks ago and really liked it. Don't think I had ever done it until it showed up on last month's rotation.

Amelia, congrats on the 170s. Knew you would get there. Doesn't it feel good? How's it going with juggling work and family?

Where's Kim?!!! And Trish?!!! Hope everything is okay.

Well, I've been getting in my workouts, but work has gotten really hectic lately. And now the person I work with is going out on a medical leave, so it should get even crazier. I picked up an interesting book at the library before the treadmill of life sped up called Spark, and it's really fascinating. It is about the link between exercise and the brain. A lot of current brain research is in it. Anyway, highly recommend it. Or at least up to the part I've managed to get to.

Let's see, I think my last check in may have been Friday. Saturday was the Gauntlet and Imax 2 blast mania. Yesterday was an American Cancer Society 5K, and today was GS Legs. Wore the weighted vest, and am going to again tomorrow for KPC. I love KPC, and am so looking forward to it. Hope it does not reaggravate my piriformis. Isn't it crazy that we actually look forward to working out? People at work are always saying, "how do you manage to get the time?" For me, it is a necessity, and I'm selfish. If I don't exercise I don't get as much done, I get stressed much more easily, and it clears my head.
