COACH SEAN!!!

I have been a longtime lurker, but have never posted until now. I absolutely LOVE all the great information you all have to share and you are all so educated!!! I "found" Cathe on FitTV and have been working out with her DVD's for about three years now.

I have been reading all the posts about Cardio Coach and I wanted to thank you all for "turning me on" to Cardio Coach. I never thought cardio could be even more fun!

Coach Sean is amazing! I saw his photos on the Cardio Coach website and he is totally hott!!! OMG!!! It makes listening to his voice in my ear even better! And his voice is SOOOOO SEXY!!!

So, am I the only one who is in lust over this guy? Not to say I am AT ALL taking away from the fact that he makes GREAT workouts, but the guy is SMOKING!!! :p I do love his workouts. After buying Volume 8, I went ahead and bought ALL of them!

Oh, yes! I have a huge crush on him too....I think it might be the best one-sided relationship I've ever had, lol. :)

Sorry girls, he's all mine! He whispers sweet nothings in my ears all the time when I'm doing CC. It's really cool when he whispers first in one ear and then the other......
WHAT?!? You mean he whispers to everyone? I'm crushed!

But I do want you guys to understand that I REALLY like his workouts and the way they are produced. Don't you guys think he has such a quality product?

And like I said...HE IS SO HOT AND HIS VOICE IS SO SEXY!!!!!

Oh definitely! The quality of Sean's mp3 workouts are, IMO, the equivalent of a Cathe DVD. And like Cathe, he's in a class by himself. None of the other audio workouts I've tired even come close to his. Nobody but Sean O'Malley can keep me on my elliptical for an hour and a half, like when I do the Press Play workout with a bonus 6th challenge!! Like Cynthia said, he's the complete package: he's a GREAT coach, a genuinely kind and decent human being, and he's HOT, too! What more could you possibly ask for!?

I totally agree with Michele - total package! I did volume 6 last night and the time flew by.

I want to get some of these workouts but I am TECH Challenged.
I don't know anything about Ipods or mp3 players. I know sad isn't it?

1. What player is recommended? (I'm kind of eyeing the shuffle)

2. Are they compatible with non Apple computers? I have a gateway.

3. My DH found a Nano, I believe it is, last year in a parking lot while on vacation and we have no clue what to do with it . What would we have to do to get this one to play? It is loaded with a bunch of music but the batteries have gone dead. Is all this music lost?

4. Can we load our own music cd's into it. My DH and I, between the 2 of us, have about 1400 CD's. I like to listen to music in the car and he absolutley will not allow any of his to be taken in the car and I don't want to buy duplicates of cd's we already have. I also don't want to buy music off the internet a song here a song there for .99 centa apiece especially if we already have the cd. So this one is really important. If we can stick one of our cd's in the computer and download it to the player then I'm sold and will buy one asap.

I'd probably buy a few of these workouts if someone would provide the answers to the above ?'s. TIA

Any MP3 player will do. I have an iPod nano and love it. I am hoping for one of the new players for Christmas. There are some small, inexpensive players out there that aren't from Apple. I personally don't like the shuffle because you don't know what is playing. there is no display screen so you keep having to forward through your music.

Yes, all iPod gadgets are compatible with PCs.

The battery just needs to be charged. You can buy chargers at pretty much any store. You can get regular plug chargers or car chargers. They are relatively inexpensive. In order to load music onto this iPod, you will need to download iTunes from apple's website. It is free to download and very easy to use. When you have downloaded iTunes, you plug the iPod into a USB port on your computer (you will need to purchase that adapter as well). If iTunes is started and you insert a cd into your computer, it should prompt you to add it to your Music Library.

See above.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. There are a lot of really bright women (and a man or two!) on here that would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
