That last picture is adorable.

Akadia is the only baby that I know of who sits on Santa's lap and doesn't cry!!! I never got a snapshot of my now 9 year old doing where her face was not beet red in her desperate attempt to get away. The other day I asked her why and she said that Santa is creepy, that you can totally tell he is fake because you can see his real hair under his fake beard.

Elaine - I'm pretty sure she knew the man behind the beard was her Grandpa. If I took her to a store Santa, she would probably freak out!
