Okay Wendy,
I did what you asked and did not have a frozen snicker bar,YET}(
My workout is done. I did interval training on the treadmill. I ran 7.5 for 3 minutes and 7.0 for my recovery. It was a great run. I did 4 miles in 32 minutes, YAY! I then did legs and glutes standing leg work. It was HARD doing it right after my run. I don't know how Miss Carole does that. Anyway, it was a great workout.
Cathy, have a super day at school and I hope you get your run in.
Adri, have fun with the weight workout.
Judy, I hope you enjoyed your circuit workout. Which one did you do?
Wendy, what did you end up doing for your workout?
Linda, WOW, we were racing together that day, in spirit anyway. I was totally clueless as well about how to add mileage and I added WAY too much all at once and hurt myself. I went from 20 miles a week to 30 miles a week pretty much overnight. I now am doing about 22 miles a week and just varying the workouts. I am planning to do my first half and I will just add a little mileage each week. Nice to meet you.
Jess, I am glad your knee feels better. Are you still on a high over your accomplishment?
Fitkansaschick, CONGRATS again on your accomplishment. I am going to be doing a half soon. You are an inspiration!
Jess, I am so sorry about your grandma. Please take care.
Jennifer, I really like GS legs. It is one of my faves!
Christine, sorry about your finger. I hate when stuff like that happens. I just had my gyn visit last week and I was glad to be done with it. Enjoy your rest day!
Wendy, Just noticed you posted your workout. AWESOME!!!!
Katrina, LOVE KPC!!
Carole, do you run first or do your legs first. I ran today and then did legs and my legs were fried. I guess that is the point
Hello to all and I gotta go get my little Mariah.
