Hey, Jess! Good to see ya.

I just finished Bar Method's Fat Free. Interesting. I cannot imagine how doing this 3x a week will reshape my legs & butt. There were some parts when I could feel a burn, but overall, it didn't feel THAT hard. Maybe tomorrow will tell a different tale. But it is definitely add-on. That being said, I am in a funk today myself and am not feeling up to k'box after all. It is already 8 pm - the day just got away from me somehow. I'll try to go a little more hardcore tomorrow.

cathy- I wont get my barre method until next week I think. Let me know if you are feeling it tomorrow. I was so hoping these exercises would be what would help me transform my thighs and behind.

carole- I dont know how you do those Imax workouts and do leg work as well. you are supergirl!

I only walked the track at the ymca tonight. Kind of took it easy as I was feeling a bit lazy tonight. Tomorrow I will run on the treadmill and maybe do upper body and save legs for saturday.

I did Cardio X in full and the first segment of Stretch Max! HOORAY!:)

I feel about 1000 times better both mentally and physically now as compared with the rest of the day.

I LOVE EXERCISE-it's just sooo freakin' awesome for mind, body and soul!:)
 
Soory I have been missing today. The ice finally gave way to the power lines and we just got it back. I missed all the personals. It's almost 11 so I will start fresh tomorrow. Thanks for the well wishes today and many thanks for my smart training. I get it from all of you. Did I tell you how glad I am to have power back. Thank goodness for the fireplace.
