Shelly :: the one on the 16th, I would love to do (I always wanted to run the Sheehan Classic) but I can't - I have my comprehensive exam for grad school that day. The one the 24th sounds great. BBQ hosted by Outback? I'm there!! :) I will definitely figure out a way to see you, Carole, Gayle, and Susan while you are in town. BTW, if any of you need a lift from the airport, please just say the word. No need for Rapid Rover - I'd be happy to pick you up. :)

Sunny :: a stripper class, eh? :) Are you going for it? That reminded me of this episode of King of Queens where Carrie was such a terrible dancer, it was painful to watch. *lol*

I could possibly do both races with you! I know the Sheehan is right next door so that shouldn't be a problem at all unless there is some big family event going on that day. Even then, if it's in the morning, which they usually are, I could probably STILL do it. The other one is a distinct possiblity as well!:)


All Cheetahs attending RT: I am working on a plan (w/Cathy) to see all of the Cheetahs while you are in town for the roadtrip so make sure y'all schedule in a little bit o' time for us, ya hear!? ;)

Cathy – have fun chaperoning tonight’s dance! You’re a good person to do that on a Friday night! Sorry you didn’t make the trip, though – it’s a shame with you being so close and all!

Wendy – I’m sorry you’re so sick! It’s not fun at all! I had it a few weeks back, so I do understand! Glad you rested. I once worked out when I was feeling like that and I think I made it worse. Be careful!

Marcia – sorry about the loss! Glad to hear your weather is better, though!

Gayle – you are such a dedicated mom! I love reading about your family life. Good for you! Did the Spinervals you sent me this morning and thought of you! Thanks! Great workout! I love the fast spins as I usually climb hills. It was different.

Carole – SOO HAPPY to hear that you are feeling good after you run yesterday!! Oh I hope you’re on the path to recovery! I’m thinking of ya!

Jackie – thanks! I’d like to be 1.5 miles away, too! Oh how nice! We’ll see. Oh have fun with the 10k – how exciting!!

Linda – how long did you wait to get Madison? I think DH needs a puppy soon, but DD is not ready at all. DH went to visit a friend who also has a black tri Aussie and about fell apart. He’s really taking this hard. Poor guy. Although I would have a problem with that, too. Madison is adorable! I love puppies! And you can go on and on – I have been.

Shelly – enjoy your 10 k tomorrow! I’ll be cheering ya on! I love GS C&T – that one’s fun. Thanks for the crossed fingers. We’ll see. 3 dogs and no running companions – eh? Must be cuddle bugs, though!

Kristi – Sorry to hear about DD! Wow! And so sorry about your Aunt! Enjoy your nice weather though! I can’t go on the road trip either – we’ll both sit here on line and dream!

Sunny – oh yeah, spin class is so dependent on the instructor. I don’t take the class here at noon as the instructors are horrible! Glad to hear you got your trainer today! Enjoy riding!! And I do think you should take the strip tease class – that would be FUN! And I’m sure DH would appreciate watching you practice… }(

ladies, i am definitely going to take the class. i will run in with a bag on my head so no one can see me, lol. i have to reschedule one of my clients so i can make it. i will come back and report back all about it. you just know dh was soooooooo excited to hear about it. they actually started a pole dancing class this month but you have to pay $17 a class.

christine-OMG, what an adorable puppy. i want him/her:D i just told dh we should think about getting a dog. what kind of dog is it?

Christine - Oh my gosh! What a precious puppy! We waited around a month to get Madison. Morgan died in Dec. and we were going to wait until spring. But DH saw an ad in the paper where are breeder close by had them and he asked if I wanted to go look at them. It really shocked me, because I did not think he would be ready yet. He was literally devastated over Morgan. But I do think she has really helped us a lot and I think it was meant to be. I can really understand how your daughter feels, too, though. It is really, really hard. I just can't put into words how sorry I am that you guys are going through this.

Sunny - That class would be fun! You should take it for the fun of it!

Cathy - I remember that King of Queens! Doug ended up being the good pole dancer :7 I loved that show!

Shelly - Last Minute Abs is really not anything near as intense as Cathe. It is kind of like Turbo Jam's AbJam standing abwork...and their core work. I like it and it really has a fun factor...but I have a mindset that Cathe's ab/core work is the best and most effective. Although....I do love standing abwork too!

Kristi - I hope your DD gets over her UTI soon! Poor thing! Those are no fun! I am also really sorry about your aunt. That is really sad. Hope you are able to have a good relaxing weekend and get some rest!

Sunny- the puppy is an Australian Shepherd. The only kind of dog I'll ever have. They have the brains of a border collie and the heart and soul of a golden retriever. I just adore this breed - easy to train, eager to please, and they want nothing more than to be by your side. But do your research and find the breed that's right for you. There are tons of fabulous dogs out there. And don't forget mutts - they tend to avoid some of the health issues of pure breds are just as loving and loyal, and cost a lot less.
