Dumbbells ranging from 5lbs-20lbs
A full sized step (as high as you prefer) to be used at a workout bench only

Just finished this one. It was tough. My lats and rear delts are burning. Definitely one to do again. Thanks, Cathe!
Thank you for sharing your review on this workout. Yes both lats and delt assist during chest press --- Thanks to those elevated and extended legs/intensity overload. I love working lats, primarily in unilateral fashion. Everytime I do chest press illustrated during 1:50 minute, I feel it more in my lats. This unilateral complex feel great to me --- Same for pullovers:D. I actually need to improve my weaker side on both strength and mobility. This goes to my live download to grab 4 sure!:D

Hi FitSaxe, The workout was fast paced one body part at a time incorporating weights and band work with no repeats. It was tough but fun. I've been doing upper body workouts from STS 2 and this was a nice change of pace.
