Which of these workouts do you consider to be the toughest?

Body Max

MIC

Circuit Max

Boot Camp

IMAX 1

IMAX 2

I just recently mastered Body Max and want to know which one to attack next. I have a much harder time with cardio gains than strength gains.
 
After doing IMAX 2 for awhile, I went back to MIC (which used to trash me) and it was so much easier endurance wise. The interval workouts really do increase aerobic capacity for the longer duration cardio workouts.

I find BodyMax to be the hardest to get through in one long session so save it for days when I am really fired up. It is great because it touches on everything you need for a complete workout.

For me, Circuit Max and Cardio and Weights are "lightweight" workouts.

I find IMAX 2 "easier" than 1 because the music's more invigorating and Cathe has more variety within the blasts than in 1.

Boot Camp is a good, and fun, workout, but as fun as the cardio is, they're 1 minute segments that don't build cardio capacity as well as other workouts.

I'm torn between what I find the toughest between BM, MIC, and IMAX 1--I don't do them as much anymore since the Intensity Series came out, as its music is far more energizing, and the older workouts are not as inviting due to music/production values. Also, since I now have a 5 disc programmable DVD player, I do segments of IMAX1 mixed in with segments from IMAX2, CTX, Boot Camp, & C&W--now THAT'S tough!!!

Whatever Cathe workout you choose, you will get a great workout. Have fun with it!!
 
MIC and Bodymax. Its rare I can get through them completely, but I can get through the others that you listed.
 
Definitely IMAX 1 for me... Bodymax doesn't seem too difficult, but probably because I've had it for so long as my only Cathe video that my body is somewhat accostomed... Love IMAX 2, though. I think it's as hard as 1, but doesn't seem it because it's new, colorful, and full of great music

I have never done the entire MIC-just the step portion because I very much dislike floor aerobics-too much jumping. I think IMAX2 is toughest.
 
MIC, hands down! Not the whole thing, just the last of the floor aerobics section (knee-lifts, powerkicks, swimkicks). Tough! IMAX1 is also super hard - I'll never forget how accomplished I felt when I did the whole thing! Give it a try and good luck! Linda
 
Cardio Wise: MIC or IMAX -- it's a toss-up for me.

Endurance Wise: Body Max -- it is SO long and SO intense that you are ready to drop by the time you get to the upper box part!

I think IMAX2 is my favorite of the group though. The music and choreography are great!

"Boot Camp" is fun to do too --

They are just all great!
