Attention Cathe Live Subscribers, Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 9:30 am EST, we’ll be doing “Stepping Into Bootcamp” Live! It’s time to double knot your laces and get ready for action. This workout consists of four rounds of cardio and strength. Each round starts with a few minutes of fairly basic step aerobic moves we’ve seen before, followed by three compound strength exercises. WE CAN DO THIS
Dumbbells ranging from lighter to heavier. I’ll be using 5’s, 10’s, 12’s & 15’s
A full-sized step with either one or two risers under each side of the platform (6 or 8-inch height). If you want more intensity stay with an 8-inch height.
If you’re not comfortable doing step aerobics, no worries, the segments are short, easy choreography, and broken down well. Feel free to do the step segments on the floor if you don’t want to use the step.
Optional mini step mat (or regular-sized mat for a couple of exercises)
