Cathe's Stepped Up Bootcamp Live Workout

Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Stepped Up Bootcamp” Live! Five total rounds with each round consisting of cardio, lower, upper, and core!

Equipment Needed:

A Full-Sized Step with two risers under each side. The cardio blasts will use the step. Two of the blasts have a little choreography in them (ie: power 7 into a box lunge) but most of them are straight forward (ie: straddle jumps)

A variety of weighted dumbbells ranging from 8 to 20 pounds

A fitness mat

I agree firemedic, in the one on ones, it seems like the modifications are shown
Not so rushed or fast as in the other classes....and the ones she explains and
Shows are great....that is why I think these "CatheLive one on one classes"
Are collector items!
 
As a reminder, for those who need or choose to modify, on the straddle jumps
On the step, Cathe shows some modifications but the modification I always use
For these straddle jumps is the one that is used in Ice Bootcamp Circuit that
Amanda shows which is the "straddle, straddle, knee-lift. Works perfectly :)
 
Well, this one is fun!!! So much fun, that I got the download to "have & hold" :)
Once again, Cathe, I so appreciate the modifications that you are showing/offering
For ones like me, that can't always do the higher impact...but your modifications
Keep me in the game! Like the curl/overhead press combo too!
