I posted in the other thread how much I liked this class, but I just had a thought, maybe in an upcoming
unilateral class or a class with unilateral moves, how about Iso-Hold Circling Curls...meaning holding one
arm in Iso Hold and doing the circling curl with the other arm, both directions....I don't think I've seen that
and it might be fun! Just a suggestion.....if you have done it, which Live was it in? I could have missed it.
