Are you ready to get your heart pumping? Then the new LMR2 ELEVATED Low Impact Cardio Fusion workout is just what you’re looking for! https://bit.ly/4hPDvte

This fantastically fun cardio routine includes a mix of high-energy, multi-part cardio sequences that will not only build your cardio endurance, but will also incorporate some brain training coordination challenges! You’ll also grab light dumbbells once per round for a compound, metabolic weighted exercise to enhance your overall stamina.

At times throughout the workout you’ll be faced with a more intense cardio burst and will be shown an option to keep the burst low or take it up to high impact! Whether you keep those feet grounded or get some air under those sneakers, you’ll still be breathing and burning some major calories!

Towards the end of the routine we’ll revisit the world of basic step choreography for some mambos, cha chas, and v-steps, but if you’re not a stepper, don’t worry! This is a totally floor based routine and we’ll work these favorite moves in a fun new way!

So if you’re ready to get sweaty, let’s hop to it!

Looking forward to this Cathe. Yes you know some of us will wonder why this band in the middle of the room. I will figure that out when I get to executing your gem. I love digging into the purpose, the idea behind your creations. Brain training lol :D I am glad drills are back:):D:D

Hah! It is not in the middle of the room, it is between legs to use as a guide to manage all those wonderful complex movements without getting lost or may be fall. Smart Cathe!
Cathe and the band are quite in the center of the screen right?! Yes the band is the middle of each exerciser.
We shall wait and see how complex the choreography is. The band is definitely used as a landmark but there is probably another purpose than just to guide the exercise user to move laterally or vertically ;).
I am not into speculation without viewing the entire content so I will wait and eventually develop my quote.
That is what reviews are for.

It’s a flat floor marker that is less of a trip hazard than a raised up marker. Having the marker provokes more special awareness and therefore makes you more accountable to using greater range of motion.

You were right about the markers. I'm so glad Cathe uses bands. Another video instructor had the viewer using a jump rope. I had wood floors and accidently stepped on the rope, and it kind of "rolled", causing me to slip. I kept myself from falling, but I wrenched my back trying to keep from going down. Cathe always seems to have safety in mind, which honestly... since fitness is about being healthy... it defeats the purpose of doing it if it's not done in a safe manner. Her creativity (constantly coming up with new ideas) balanced with her logic (apparent in her form pointers, safety measures...) makes for the best workouts I've ever found on the market. :)
