This fantastically fun cardio routine includes a mix of high-energy, multi-part cardio sequences that will not only build your cardio endurance, but will also incorporate some brain training coordination challenges! You’ll also grab light dumbbells once per round for a compound, metabolic weighted exercise to enhance your overall stamina.
