The new Elevated Dynamic Flexibility & Core workout is a perfect option to open up your body and restore movement after or in-between your more intense workouts. https://bit.ly/4hPDvte

But don’t be fooled- this is not an “easy” stretch. You will be pushing your body to find its limitations and work towards pushing past them.

In this routine you’ll move through a variety of dynamic range of motion exercises to lengthen, strengthen, and restore your body and mind.

Dynamic stretching exercises and postures will restore flexibility to your muscles and mobility to your joints while core-centric movements strengthen your core from front to back for a strong, stable center.

This workout will leave you feeling fresh, mobile, and rejuvenated so you’re ready to take on what’s next!

Haven’t pre-ordered LMR2 Elevated yet? You still can! Pre-order now and get all 4 free extra Elevated Heavy Weight bonus workouts today! https://bit.ly/4hPDvte

wanted to welcome you to the Cathe forums
@Debinmi Thank you very much for your kind message and for revealing my ageo_O! In addition to Xtrain and LIS, I recently downloaded both the original LMR and LiTe series and even working out using the rotation combining LMR and LIS along with replacemets from the in-waiting bonus workouts. Regarding STS2.0, I found many reviews, that give more credit to the original STS version over the second, so I don't know yet which one to go for! Comparing LMR1 with LMRE, watching published clips, it looks clear that the new one is really elevated and more demanding than the original, which should be welcomed!
Thanks again and all the best!

Balance, flexibility, range of motion/mobility, and light core all in one. Cathe, can you send this workout to me now? lol I'm looking forward to the whole series, but my body is craving this one. Not sure I can wait. lol I'm dreading those "hurt so good" scorpions, but I always feel sooooo good after I've wrestled my body through them. So, I'm dreading do them, while looking forward to the after-effects, if that makes sense. lol

your "young age" of 78!
It, really, started 2009, with the most interesting book on fitness I ever had, Coach Eddie Lomax "Athletic Body Workout - Guide to build a better muscle burning more fat and looking great naked"!, with his motto "Movements... NOT Muscles". No bodybuilding but movements: "Squat, Deadlift, Lunge, Horizontal and Vertical Pull, Horizontal and Vertical Push, Twisting". It was functional and resistance strength training 20 weeks program, divided into five phases, 4 weeks each working out on General Fitness, Strength & Size and Fat Loss. Every thing was clearly explained and illustrated, just to follow it and see results. What, and how much, to eat and drink played also a significant role to support gaining and preserving fitness results. And the story continues striving for the happy end:p

I am presently doing the original STS rotation and I have to agree that my results with it are the best results I get from any rotation. I do love STS2 but nothing gives me the satisfaction of the original.
So far, the LMRElevated looks good. The videos are very encouraging. Cathe always produces a quality product. I thought LMR was beautiful but it didn’t challenge me and so is a recovery series—although I do reach for the yoga video, and since I don’t like yoga, that’s unexpected . I am thinking this series will challenge me.

I think I love them both equally! :). One thing I like about 2, is that the rests are separate
chapters, when using STS2 in the blender, I rarely use the rests, unless there is an
equipment change, like with the tubing, etc. that might take a bit longer…in STS1,
especially in Meso 3, the rests are in with exercise chapters and a lot of times, it’s a
long..wait….but love them both. Such variety in both of them.

I am glad I own both STS 1 and STS 2.0. I have done the original STS several time :):):)and I got GREAT results. STS is the ultimate program for anyone willing to take on a SERIOUS challenge for a specific goal.

I did it to the T and did not gain weight. Neither did I gain fat! The scale went slightly down to about 5 to 6 pound and I managed to slot my body into one smaller size. My eating was clean.

I did not dwell on the muscular-looking body shaming controversy arount STS 1.0 by a bunch of Sole-cardio queens. Yes there has been controversy and whispering campaign!! I received discouraging messages from a user. ( messages now deleted by the user no longer in the forum!!! At least not on the same user name!) What a nerve!:rolleyes:

I am HAPPY I went with my own gut!:);)
