Cathe, would you consider...

Cathe,

Would you consider creating a "Rock Tops" rotation? I am currently doing your "Rock Bottoms" rotation and am loving the results. I would love to focus on making my upper body rock hard also. I know the majority of women focus on their lower body, but I have to believe many would love a focus on our upper body also. I am thinking the cardio portion of the Rock Tops rotation could consist of IMAX 2 & 3, HIIT, Tabatacise, CCC and the like so we would still get great lower body toning (all those plie jacks, power scissors, jumps, etc)

And....then even a "Rock Body" rotation. Something that really focuses on heavy lifting for a month on the entire body. Or would that be the STS program? Which brings me to my STS #2 request - LOL.

I better not push my luck. Anyway, I am looking forward to whatever new rotation you create. Thanks.

What a great idea! I would like to build pec / lats to compensate for losing my boobs  (or 3 day old party balloons)

I am in on this ;):D:D:D

I want my chest to be talking to me loudly just as my quads screamed when I was on Rock bottom rotation:eek::eek: I want a stronger chest with visible definition in the middle:D:D

Hmm Just as Justine said I want more perk on my chest to counterbalance my lowest part:eek:

As Cathe always say "Be careful what you are wishing for". I reckon chest disks from STS meso 1 would be part of the rotation due to endless push ups.

Ladies have you tried the optional upper body/strength rotation from X-train? Burnset was not named Randomly.:D;)

I actually like the idea of the "Tank Top" rotation. I currently have a couple of other rotations ahead of that though. Remind me in February that I agreed to consider this :) Please post a link to this thread at that time too as that will refresh my memory. We're in this together ;)

Here is the original tank top rotation complete in Marlene123's words:

“Here is my current rotation which I have been doing for 10 weeks. I plan to do two more weeks of this, then two to three weeks of Slow & Heavy and then back again. I have had such incredible success with this rotation that I hate to let it go even for a few weeks but I know I must to cause some muscle confusion.
Anyway, here it is (and I admit, it's a killer):

Day #1: Pure Strength Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Day #2: CTX Leaner Legs
Day #3: CTX Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps plus cardio
Day #4: Cardio
Day #5: MIS
Day #6: Cardio
Day #7: Cardio or rest

As you can see, this routine works shoulders, biceps and triceps three times per week, chest and back twice and legs twice. I do abs 4-5 times per week as well.”

Since then there have been a few 'updated' rotation ideas posted substituting workouts.

Here are a couple of threads:

There are several more discussions and rotations mentioned on the board. I have done the tank top rotation in the past several years ago and it works nicely.
