I seriously do not know what healthy eating is anymore! I would like to lose about 10 pounds and I know I need to alter my diet but not sure how!?! Low carb? High protein? No sugar? Fiber? What about fat? Paleo? It all seems to contradict itself: Don't use bottled low fat salad dressings they contain more sugar. Don't eat carbs they make you pack on pounds but you need to eat carbs after a workout....yada, yada, yada.
Just wondered if you ever thought about creating a healthy meal plan or guide? Or at least give us a glimpse at what a typical week for you is like?
I do know that I'm quite hungry, especially after a workout!!
