Cathe, What do you eat? Totally confused on nutrition!!

I seriously do not know what healthy eating is anymore! I would like to lose about 10 pounds and I know I need to alter my diet but not sure how!?! Low carb? High protein? No sugar? Fiber? What about fat? Paleo? It all seems to contradict itself: Don't use bottled low fat salad dressings they contain more sugar. Don't eat carbs they make you pack on pounds but you need to eat carbs after a workout....yada, yada, yada.:confused:
Just wondered if you ever thought about creating a healthy meal plan or guide? Or at least give us a glimpse at what a typical week for you is like?
I do know that I'm quite hungry, especially after a workout!!
 
Love to hear her address this. I know she says clean.. But I wish I had a list of foods to,eat and id eat that only. Lol I look up Info I always see what not to eat. If they give stuff u can its few and I never heard of it.
 
I would also like to see her response but I'm betting she is eating all good stuff and NO processed foods. And of course no fast food. A few times I've read a post where she has an omelet for breakfast (mostly just egg whites), yogurt with some nuts for a snack post workout and lots of veggies with dinner.
 
I wonder wjat else besides veggies for dinner.. Chicken or no? Lol I mean all I see her eat would be salmon and salads.

Hi Terri...I recommend XTRAIN and the Paleo diet.
All the while eat a super clean diet. I tweak the Paleo diet to suit my needs. But basically eat very lean lean, natural, non processed foods, lots of dark green veggies, brown rice, sweet potatoes, quinoa, healthy fruits in small portions, fish, poultry, etc. Water, green tea are my main source of liquids. I throw in some organic 100% pure tart cherry juice for my joints and a great source of antioxidants too.
