Good morning,
I would HIGHLY recommend that you stay away from Hydroxycut or any other "fat burner" type pills. If all of those really worked, the entire nation would be slim. What they do is take advantage of people's desire to get fit fast.
A couple of things to note. I personally was doing BFL years back and took one of their recommended supplements (for the life of me I cannot remember the name) ~ and a day or so into it I had major insomnia and MAJOR heart racing/palpitations. It was SCARY!! Once I stopped, a day or so later (the pills were time release) I could sleep and the heart racing stopped.
if you recall, they pulled the other popular drug Ephedra off the shelf because athletes were DYING while taking it, having heart related issues in their 20's etc. Now its back from what I hear and I cannot believe people want to endanger their life taking it just to POSSIBLY accelerate weight loss. Keep in mind, there is also NO GUARANTEE that taking the pills will get you the results you see in the ads.
***On THAT note, when Hydroxycut first came out in the fitness magazines, they would always (and still do) post the 2 page ads showing some AMAZING 12-WEEK transformation that "couldn't have happened without the pills". In one magazine they also did an article on the one woman that was featured in the ad; during the 12 weeks for that ad, she ate 800 calories a day and worked out 2x a day for over an hour. HELLO!!! ANYONE eating 800 calories a day would lose that kind of weight!!
Additionally, I just this week saw a post on another message board from a gentleman whose colleague was paid by Hydroxycut to pose as a success story, he received a garage full of the pills for his endorsement but he NEVER USED IT.
Take the time to read these boards online, there is a wealth of highly valuable information FREE online to help you reach your goals. I guarantee that you don't need to buy pills to get you to your goal.
I hope this is helpful to you as you consider this.
Kind Regards,
Kelly
