I don’t see the free week for on demand either. I’ll have to poke around a bit more.

I hear ya ... we decided the same thing for the time being. SNMs flash sale and new app in development, along with the delay in LM&R makes me wonder if SNM plans to stop producing dvds. Time will tell I guess. Seems that's the way many content producers are going... probably less expensive for them.

I’ve wondered that myself but didn’t Cathe just redo her filming studio? If they stopped releasing DVDs would they still do filming and only sell downloads and make them available for streaming? Or would it be live releases only? So much to ponder.

Yep, you're right, the "test" videos no longer work.........they did a long time ago, because that is what I used to see how I would do................As for crappy internet, I probably have the "crappiest" internet of all!! As an example, I recently purchased 2 CL downloads.......one was 25 min. and it took me approx. 45 min to download it.......the other was 37 min and it took about an hour plus. That being said, I just start it and let it go, checking periodically to make sure it didn't fail, etc. They did ok this time. BUT, I have no problem streaming YT videos, video workouts thru a couple apps I use for machine workouts, and I have no
problem streaming ONDemand workout blender workouts using the Lowest Quality option and the videos are just fine.........CatheLive is set on an "automatic speed" which I think means that it detects your internet speed and adjusts accordingly. As a rule, I have no problem streaming CL workouts either.

They might be phrasing out dvds.........so many have...............there apparently have been some serious problems with LM&R..........somewhere along the process...............either the production itself or other things happening..............cause all of this has not been the "norm"................"this ain't my first rodeo" or in this case-my first presale and it certainly has been different for sure........... I will be happy to finally get them and let all of this be over.............(I know....here I go again ) if they are not chaptered like
their previous standards, I will be very disappointed.............

They wouldn't be as useful for OnDemand subscribers, nor for us "old-timers" using dvds.

That's so true! Even though I use the blender, I still pull out dvds and use the programming
function on my player to "blend" a workout from a single dvd.

I go back and forth on if I should doe the Live. I have had it in the past and use it then after a couple months, don't. I think my problem is I like the workouts but the ones I like are so long and I just don't have that kind of time in the morning to workout. Her DVDs I like because I can do a premix to fit my time frame. So even though the price is good I will probably pass. But I do have time to change my mind.

In the CL app, you can search by a couple different ways, one being length, starting with
shortest to longest…..there are approx. 14 20-29 min. & approx 55 30-39 min.

Another way to minimize cost to see if CL works with your internet, is to sign up for one month, try it out until the 29th. Then if it works fine, sign up for the year with the flash sale ... you'll still get 13 months for a good deal.

I considered this but in the end I just don’t think I’d use it enough so I’m sticking with my DVDS.

I love her live workouts because so many of them are express. Lately I have done her 2 express pha workouts (38 min. and 34 min.) over and over because they are all standing, short, and good conditioning and heart thumping. I also love 40 minute Box and Burn and 40/20–both low impact and 40 minutes long. She has a lot of live workouts at 45 min. or less, and I see older women like me with less than perfect execution of her moves and Cathe encourages modifications. I never get bored because there are so many choices. The Fight for Awareness workout this week was another great one for me—low impact and 49 min. long.

This was me also, decided not to subscribe. I think about the couple times I did subscribe and it was a waste of money for me as I would use it for the first month or so and then not use it for the rest of the time. Will stick to the DVDs of hers that i have.

There are 2 different subscriptions- OnDemand & CatheLive. OnDemand includes
all workouts, blender, & CatheLive. That was the previous flash sale….CatheLive
subscription is only the CatheLive workouts, which is the current flash sale. But,
better wait for forum admin to answer & confirm this…I think I am right, but certainly
don’t want to tell you the wrong thing, especially since I don’t use a Roku.

The LMR workouts are fully chaptered. Including the bonus content.
