Don't know if you are aware? In the "Healthy Living" section of Dallas Morning News under Homemade Fitness, they talk about how home fitness has become a huge industry with a picture of your video, Step Jump and Pump listed under "Tough Videos." Then on the back page they mention 3 of your videos under Darla's Favorite DVDS, Rhythmic Step, Imax2 and Step Blast.

Gosh dog it I missed it. I was just in Dallas at the time of this print. The funny thing is while I was down there I turned Cathe on "Fit TV" and drove my in-laws nuts. I couldn't workout, but I could watch!!

Just read the article AND emailed my at-home workout preference---Cathe, of course!!

Melanie~I used to watch Fitv every morning at 7AM, much to my 4 yo daughter's dismay. I had already done my workout by then but there IS something about just watching to keep motivated! Now we have Dish Network and they don't carry Fitv....grrrrr! But I'm working on changing that!;-)

Susan, I am glad that I am not the only one pestering Dish Network to get FitTv!!! Last I heard (July) was that they were in negotiations to obtain FitTV for their programming! I thought that was better than the last response I received from them (June), "Thank you for your comments, we will pass them on to our programming director".

When I found out we didn't get Fitv I almost cried! My DH told me we could switch back to Directv but I knew he like all the hunting channels we now get. And I figured I'll just buy the rest of the workouts! But I still miss watching or listening to Cathe at 7AM, 11AM and 7PM.......hehehe.

Btw, I have a sign in my kitchen that says the same thing as your signature line says! :7
