Cathe - Can we see more pics on the blog?

Does that mean they (or Cathe) will not be, posting anything further on the blog?? I hope not - I check it constantly, like an addict, to see what's on there! I'm like a "blog stalker"....

We will post more pictures and info, but this is kind of a quiet time for the Blog as not much is going on. We're currently spending our time working on the video clips and some other projects like the Cathe Calendar and our new catalog. But the Blog will be back soon with more good stuff!

Wouldn't it take only 5 or 10 minutes to throw a couple pictures up there for all the patiently waiting fans to enjoy?

The blog provides some great behind the scenes information about the process of rehearsing & the filming of the new workouts. A large amount of detailed information and pictures are posted about the workouts. The blog was a great idea & SNM is doing a good job of sharing information. I am happy that they will continue posting to the blog as updates become available. Judging from all the buzz, the information is a hit with the customers. If the blog generated orders for the pre-sale, then it is good for both the customer and SNM. After all, great service will lead to profits and profits allow a company to stay in business. I am glad to hear that they are working on other areas of the business because there are plenty of pictures already posted. I know that people are looking forward to the clips and this effort reaches out to everyone.

I think SNM can speak for themselves, and it would not take but a few minutes to throw some pictures on the blog??? And as it is a marketing tool for "re-interest" in this series, why start it up and then after the sale it is dead as a doornail??

The blog was meant as a way to keep people up to date while the dvds were being made. They are being duplicated now, so there is not that much to say. I always feel that some people always want more and more, and have nothing better to do than complain about trivial and petty things. To be honest, I actually think that Cathe and her company have gone above and beyond what I would expect to keep everyone happy. So you had to wait a few extra months for the workouts - big deal. All I have to say to the complainers is this: GET A LIFE!!!

Let me make this clear, I am not going to be bullied by the likes of you. I am actually a customer of this pre-order (unlike those that play one on the forums) & I have the right to voice my opinion. I do not insist that you agree with me. You are more than welcome to post your reply, but be respectful and be aware that not everyone is going to agree with you. I honestly do believe that SNM did a good job on the blog and I am not above giving them credit for their work.

We’re sorry if you’re truly disappointed with the Blog, but we have our doubts that this is the real reason for your post. We seem to have a very sad pattern that we constantly see on our site every time we get close to releasing a new product. The same small group of people using different or multiple user names visit our site trying to create a problem and then give a negative report back to their main site using a different username. Though we have no control over other forums, we will not tolerate this behavior on ours. We don’t expect all of the post on our site to be positive and you certainly can find thousands that are not…but we can’t allow people whose negative comments are disingenuous at best to takeover our site.

There are two purposes for the Blog: #1 To promote and #2 to inform. Since the pre sale is now over there is nothing left to promote at this time. As for the second reason for the Blog’s existence, we simply don’t have any new or important information to give at this time. We just don’t throw pictures up as you suggest. A lot of time and thought goes into our pictures and post on the Blog. Currently, there are over 50 pictures on this part of our site. The Blog is a chronicle of this production from start to finish and last thing we want to do is to junk it up with a bunch of similar pictures. This would only slow down the Blog and make it even more difficult for people with dial ups to view. Over the next few weeks we will add video clips, pictures and info about the new DVDs to our website. Some of these items will be on the Blog, while others will be on our main site.

Actually, the post right below "Today is the Last Day For Our Presale!" informs everyone that we're finished with the editing and authoring and the masters are on their way to SONY. We also say about how long it will take to get the DVDs back.

I don't really understand why this is directed to Chi-Town. I don't remember her ever causing problems on this site or using any unacceptable behavior.
I don't care about seeing more pictures, but I am excited about receiving the new workouts. I just don't like seeing customers treated this way and it's posts like these from SNM that make me hesitant to buy from them again.
