I've seen people come here and not just Cathe bash, but argue about anything and everything else on this Open Forum. Just anything in general. The majority of the bickering and monkey wrench throwing was non Cathe related.

I used to frequent the Firm message boards (back when I was an all out Firmie) and this is exactly what a lot of them said. "I can't do Cathe." "I'm afraid of Cathe." "There's no way, she's too tough." "It's way too much. She's crazy!"
This is how I first heard of Cathe. I was wondering, "How hard can she be?" That's when I looked her up. It's thanks to them, I found her. :7 Ironic, I think! This memory crosses my mind every time I see someone Cathe bash, not just critique. I can't help it. Maybe it's because of how I first found Cathe.

I also enjoy some of the old Firms. I still have my favorites. I gave most of the others away. I also just love Beachbody's Slim Series and P90X! Kathryn, you were the one who got me hooked on Kickboxing! :7 I enjoy Janis Saffel because of you. So for that, I thank you. Cathe is the best though IMHO.
