I just completed cardio fusion. This workout, out of all of Cathe's has the hugest dread factor for me. The only other one that even comes close is BM2 I don't know how I made it through this workout!! I think I'm in pretty good shape and then I do something like CF and I'm sucking wind. Does anyone else find this one to be particularly challenging??? Is there something wrong with me? Am I getting old ?? Most everything else of Cathe's I find really doable. I guess I should give myself a ^5 and be glad it's over . I think I'll go take a nap now,lol Thanks for listening to me bellyache.
