I prefer GS over the B&G's. Both work your legs and butt in different ways. I like to do the overall Legs premix in B&G's, it's pretty tough especially at the end when she does the ankle weights (on all fours part) twice It will get your bum good.
...and cannot wait for it to arrive! Borrowed my sister's the other day and was in pain for the entire week! So worth it though, I love the pain!!!
