Burn the fat feed the muscle

Hi, it's August again.

I thought some of you might be interested in hearing how someone following the program is doing...

I'm nearly finishing off my 4th week of BFFM. I won't know my current numbers until early next week, but since starting this program, I have lost 1% bodyfat. I can definitely feel a difference in my body. :)
 
I recommend this book, I live by it. I am also 5'5" and I weigh between 125-130 depending on the day. I'm down to 15% body fat. I could have never done it without reading this book. So much excellent info in it, it is totally priceless.
 
I have read before that you can order this and have it printed at a local Kinko's. Has anyone done this and how much does it cost? I would love to order the fit over 40 but don't want to print it at home. Thanks

Sorry I missed your update, August. That's really good. I got a copy cheap off ebay and have been following the program also for about 21/2 weeks although I had a blip in the middle where I was staying with my parents in law. I have lost two or three pounds so far and I feel thinner, but it's difficult to tell with bodyfat. The variation we seem to get with the callipers means it's hard to be certain with small amounts.

I got a copy of ebay.co.uk really cheap. They are still selling them on there if you are interested. As it is electronic there is no problem with postage charges. I then just read it off the screen.

I'm glad to hear that things are going well with you and BFFM!

I totally know about the fat reading. I use a Tanita (and you've probably heard a lot about those guys being not so accurate), so I'm really just using it as a monitor. I use it on the same day of the week at the same time of day (first thing in the morning). I can get on the dang thing ten times in a row and get different readings each time.

I don't feel like I've lost that much bodyfat yet (Tanita tells me about 1%) but I definitely feel leaner, like you mentioned for yourself, and people I haven't seen in a few months have told me that I look like I've lost weight.

Anyway, have fun and enjoy your new leanness. I'm still trying to figure out a lot myself, but if there's anything I might be able to answer, please do ask!
 
When I follow this program religiously, my legs get so pretty! Just pure muscle, beautiful. I still struggle with the frequent eating thing...it's something that is so odd to me, and I have no idea if it will ever become natural.
 
Can you succeed with this program if you follow a vegetarian diet? I don't eat seafood, poultry or red meat. I do eat dairy and eggs.

Wow....I had the same question about following a vegetarian diet with this plan.

Also, I went to the ebay.uk site and they talk about making sure your email can hold this amount of information. Right now I only have an aol account and this seems to be a problem. Is it? Did anyone have any problem?

I am just beginning to read the book. I have made it through chapter one but really want to jump to the meat of the program so I can figure out if it is right for me or not. Sounds like it is a good program
